After staying here a few times already. This was the worst visit of all. Firstly, The check-in process was subpar at most A staff member with blond hair, didn't even greet us properly to the resort. She did not ask much other than my credit card and handing me the paperwork with telling me of any activities, location of the cottage, etc.. It felt very distance and uncomfortable at most. When we got the cottage, it started to look great but getting a closer look at rooms, we found a broken handle that was sharp when touched and a broken king size bed that looked like a U Shape before you slept in it. I immediately texted and call the front desk to get this serviced but it was around 9pm and they would come by the next day.. They never Noted it on my account and no one ever came. The day we checked out I spoke with another member in the front desk and she was very helpful and made sure that it was noted in the account of the poor conditions that we had. This was the positive side of things overall. I loved this place but Customer service and Upkeep is a must in order to get repeat customers.

The kitchen was still a little dirty. Some bathrooms still had hair from previous party that just of stayed - but I bring my own Lysol and clean. Tub had mold ring around the part under the faucet. - tub pooled with water that wouldn’t go down (I have a child that I use a tub to give a bath) so this was annoying. Couldn’t use it at all. Called 3x to have this and two other issues fixed and said they will send someone right over and had me wait 1+ hours each time and no one showed. - the toilet paper holder was broken and toilet seat was broken so I called to see if they can fix - no one showed at any of the times they told me they are sending someone and I specified I don’t want anyone in the house when I am not there but they didn’t listen. They had people come into the house when we weren’t there regardless of my wishes. Very unprofessional. - the button that alarms that the door is open to the pool (safety feature) didn’t work well. It kept going off and you would have to press it a million times for it to turn off. - safe was working on and off - would lock sometimes, and then wouldn’t others. Overall house should have better cleaning services and they should be aware and fix all the issues before they have guests stay. Big common pool was great and we enjoyed our pool at the cottage as well - but was a hot tub. Both pool and hot tub were around 85-90 degrees without any temperature control. We didn’t mind because the big common pool was cold at times.

Everything was great and a great distance from Disney! So many things to do around the property! The pools at the property were also really fun except the water park was only open on the weekends during the off season and that was misleading. Had some issues getting a few things to the room and our dryer wasn’t working. But overall really great stay!!!

The cottages are the way to go if traveling with families. The space was very nice to have. The only reason I’ll say my stay was a four star bs five star was we had ants in our unit and one of us could shower before we had no hot water. We reported it but
