Wonderful clean house - lots of room for four couples. Beautiful pool and hot tub! Only problem that we had was that our dryer was broken the whole time we were there. It was supposed to be replaced during our visit but it never was, Additionally, please note that although the property description says that it is a 1 minute walk from Disney - it is, instead a 20 minute drive.

The house had plenty to do for the kids to help keep them occupied when we had down time and it was very welcoming. We did, however, have to clean the pool with the skimmer due to it being dirty with leaves and even a steak bone, the garbage disposal wasn’t working properly and the dryer wasn’t drying very well either. The pool was nice once it was cleaned and with the heat on, as well as, the hot tub! May want to consider leaving more trash bags out for tenants too. Other then that, we had a good stay. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children! The kids loved the slides and everyone loved the pool! The pool alarm is very loud but as a mom I loved knowing that there was no way for our little ones to get outside by the pool without us knowing. We had an issue with the pool heater but the management company was very quick to send someone out to try to fix it! We would definitely stay here again and we were already looking at dates for next year. When we booked we didn’t realize we had access to the community pool and water park which was a wonderful bonus!I recommend packing or renting a baby gate if you are bringing little kids the staircase is very steep!

Great stay for our family of 8. House was very spacious and gave everyone the room they needed to be comfortable. A welcomed feature was that every bathroom had a full bathroom. Super-convenient access to all the parks. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were very comfy and the kids had a blast in their room. The house looked as pictured when we first walked in, and had a good and spacious layout for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids.The dryer was broken and when I contacted the host about it I received no response. We weren’t able to have clothes for the parks and we had to go out and buy new clothes. We also weren’t able to wash our shower towels all week due to the dryer being broken and them only providing two towels and washcloths per bathroom. We had a large issue with ants even though they claim it is treated monthly in the binder. The hot water went in and out during our showers and the toilets were flushing by themselves in the middle of the night. The stairs were also taped and a tripping hazard for our 2 and 4 year olds. We also had to buy our own propane tank even though it says one would be provided per week of stay. The WiFi also didn’t work well.Overall the stay was alright, and had the host contacted me about the dryer the stay would’ve been drastically improved. Having to go out late at night after the parks to buy clothes and towels was a big downer, but the kids truly loved the slides in their room, and the house had plenty of room for our party.

Positives: Good sized house, kids loved the bunk beds. Negatives: While the host was responsive, this was a no frills, no pampering VRBO. Meaning....only one roll of paper towel left for our five days, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and many problems with a neighboring property and noise at all house that kept our baby up. So just make sure if you rent this place, you spend a few hours at Walmart of Costco stocking up on the essentials. Not many conveniences for the renter. Also of note, pool was not heated and couldn't be used, and in this area, several VRBOs that create noise and parking issues. Both dishwashers were broken (and yes, they only gave us detergent for one load of dishes in five days). Now, one of the dishwashers was fixed within 24 hours. A week later we did a VRBO in Beaver Creek, Colorado and had a dozen rolls of paper towels, a dozen rolls of toilet paper, a huge basket of snacks on the counter when we arrived, enough laundry and dish detergent for a few weeks, and condiments in the fridge. Just how a VRBO for a few thousand dollars should be run!

This is a great location to stay at if you are going to the parks. We came with 7 adults and 1 infant. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack and play at the property which saved us from having to buy one, which is what we had planned to do. The house is big and the neighborhood is quiet. The first morning we had a problem with having enough hot water for everyone to shower and the water pressure was a trickle if more than one person was showering at the same time. I reached out to the management and they had someone come out within a couple of hours. They were able to fix the hot water situation but we were told that only one person would be able to shower at a time if we wanted decent pressure. We were able to work with that. The other small issue we had was that even though the thermostats are set to 72 the house never cooled to lower than 75 and in the day hours the upstairs stayed 78-80. I didn’t contact management about that because most of us were gone during the day and the ones that weren’t just stayed downstairs. Overall this is a nice property with a few quirks but they wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Family Vacation

All in all the stay was good. The house was very spacious. It could use a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs but it’s a beautiful home.The water pressure in the showers is a joke. May just need new shower heads. The themed room was awesome however some of the decor needs touching up and it takes up 2 of the rooms shown on the floor plan. I was under the impression that there was 4 regular bedrooms, the themed room and a movie room upstairs. That was not the case. We weren’t ever able to get the speakers to work in the movie room which one of my kids had to sleep in. Seems like others have had the same issue. I called the property management company at 11:00 am asking for an early check in and was told the house was clean and just needed to be inspected. Called back at 2:00 pm and was told the house was still being cleaned so we would have to wait. Then once the cleaning lady left we tried to enter the home only for the code not to work. I called again and was told we could not use the code until 4:00 pm. So regardless of when it was clean we wouldn’t have been able to get in. They could have told me that when I first called. Actually the code didn’t end up working and had to call back, finally got in at 4:15.

The house was just what I wanted, close proximity to the Disney Parks and large enough for all family members to have their own space. I did have to contact the rental company on the first night of our stay for several reasons. There were no potholders in the kitchen and I was cooking dinner, no dishtowels in the kitchen only one roll of paper towels. The did bring those items before 10 pm that night. While he was there, I had to have him replace a lightbulb in the toilet room, show him there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in any shower. I also inquired about paper products, and he informed me they only put out enough to start the stay. Which we remedied but that was not listed. So make sure you plan for that if you use that residence. We had 9 adults and 5 rolls of toilet paper would not have been enough.

Overall it was a good stay. Nicely furnished, the pool was awesome and water park at the estates was enjoyed immensely by the kids.Floor could have used a good scrubbing, we did not have a shower curtain or shower bar in our bathroom. We just used a different one. And it would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen towel to dry dishes with. Overall it was a good stay and good experience.

Our stay was great! Our kids didn’t want to leave. It was an amazing experience and trip for our family. Very fun, clean, and open space. The only thing that was a bummer the pool wasn’t very clean and the water was low but once we let them know they took care of it right away!

Great property!

We loved our stay. The house accommodated us fabulously! The water park on the property was great. Finn’s restaurant was great for the most part. Don’t order the crab cakes. The only thing I would change is—the renter should be given a list of proper phone numbers to reach the various places—restaurants, pool area, etc
