Not what we expected
This is my last time rent on Vrbo nothing but bad experiences. When we arrived we couldnât check in because our name wasnât in the system at the security office so we had to call and get that situation resolved. Once we arrived at the Vrbo the place wasnât all that clean. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the pool wasnât cleaned. We had green algae all in the pool, which was supposed to have been cleaned before we checked in. I would think. After one day of staying there they got somebody out to clean the pool after we complained about it and they did a half job so the pool still was dirty so I called the next day and they said they would send someone back out again which didnât happen so out of the seven days that I stayed there I was on the phone with them almost every day and still no one came out after they cleaned it the first time so our stay, there was not great at all and then they had the nerve to give me a number to call the grounds team is what they call it and I told them basically no because Iâm on vacation and why should I have to call someone to come out when I paid for to rent this place that is so inconvenient. I wish there was such thing as a refund because Iâm sure Iâm entitled to one or at least money off for staying there because of how the place was Iâm gonna add pictures below of how the pool look before and after we left they were still green algae in the spa portion of it like I said Iâve called several times for them to come out.
