Rooms are ok but very unprofessional a lot of screaming cursing.. I have book with them multiple times and the rooms that I reserved for are never available.. we reserved for a two-bed and Mic and fridge.. we end up with no Mic , no fridge ,me and my husband had to sleep on the floor.

Room was musty and everything was broken. No working toilet, tv that was stuck on and had to be covered with a blanket just so we could sleep. Staff was unprofessional, on the phone talking about murder and robbery. Followed me on foot from the office in the middle of the night to ask for my card. Someone cornered me in the lobby and tried to sell me drugs. I wish I was exaggerating. It was so bad, we packed up and left. Told the staff we were checking out, but they lied and said we completed our 4 day stay in order to ensure I didn’t get a refund. This place shouldn’t even be legally allowed to host guests.

The motel overbooked. We didn’t even have a room avalible. The staff was rude and turned us away without even checking the computer. Reservations mean nothing here.

the Clerk didn't give back my license there was a Homeless person charging his phone in the lobby and behaving coo coo. I got Distracted / disgusted and didn't realize it was missing till morning. all she had to do was call the room. Some o the building is falling down. dirty and just nasty. the Room wreaked of smoke. and was visibly un clean. A/C barely worked.
