Everything was wonderful during our stay from the host having quick responses, to the clean room, and the beautiful view! Would give a 12/10 if I could! Highly recommend staying at this location and would definitely come back here again! Very affordable for the area as well!! A truly great experience from beginning to the end!

Great location. Beautiful view of the pool and lake Bryan. The ladies at the tiki bar are wonderful. Tiki Terri, Lynette and Bobby are great!! Good spot by the pool for a bite to eat , drink, have an ice cream or smoothie or a cocktail . The condo was super clean. You can also see the fireworks from Disney at the elevator terrace on each floor! Hope to go back in the future!

Decent place, nice pool and safe and secure. Communication was good. The place itself seems a little worn. There’s a keurig but it’s broken and won’t close. Fan in one bathroom didn’t work, shower light in the other didn’t work. Nothing crazy. It was clean. I had two issues during the stay. First, my key cards kept deactivating. Twice I got locked out and had to go down multiple floors to get resets at the front desk. Second, my last full day, a cleaning crew opened the condo and WALKED IN while I was still in bed. It was clearly a mixup, as they thought I was checking out that day, but that wasn’t great to wake up to.

Wonderful and Comfortable!

We had a great time staying here! The location is such a selling point since it is near all the vig locations like Disney, Universal, and Disney Springs. Our place was clean and had a level of comfort that made it feel inviting. The staff were all kind and supportive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place other than Wifi

It was beautiful. Great views. Great pool and hot tub. Great location for my conference. We would love to stay again soon. Easy response from the owners. We just had issues with the wifi but we were able to work around it. Owners were very responsive but honestly other than the wifi we had NO issues. Would totally recommend.

Great Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay here. The fishing dock and pool were fantastic. The condo met our family's needs perfectly. The bunks in the hall worked great! The condo wifi was spotty, but the building also had wifi, which worked fine. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again!

Nice, but needs some love

Loved the balcony swing chair. Had a great stay. It was a very relaxing vacation for us. There are a few things that we would like to bring to your attention. The drapes in the living room are in really sad shape. Tears and rips throughout. The safety chain on the front door is broken and it is messing up the door. Some of the pots and pans I felt were unusable. The stock pot was burnt on the bottom and some pans were very scratched so we went out and bought some new. There were no kitchen towels, so we left you some of those also. The balcony screen needs to be repaired and the balcony door is very hard to slide. We’re surprised that housekeeping hasn’t let you know about some of these problems. We do have pictures. If you’d like to see them just let me know.

Orlando Dance trip

We stayed here while our daughter and teammates from the University of North Carolina competed in the national dance championship. Property is close to many restaurants and the Disney properties we had to attend. Go Heels!!

Location was great for our trip.

The condo is very roomy, and the location was perfect for our trip to meet friends at Disney. It was very clean, although there could be some updates made such as the patio door curtains. The owner was always responsive to my messages before the trip. I was not able to log my laptop on to internet, and when I texted through VRBO app the message didn't go through. I had my phone, so it wasnt a major problem for me, but potentially could be for someone else. There was a lack of information about the condo and the checkout procedure, but I messaged the owner the morning of checkout, and he got right back to me. Lack of written instructions and info about the condo was the biggest negatives we experienced. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We would not hestitate to book again.

Exactly what we needed

We needed a place to stay before we headed to WDW. This was perfect for our group of 6 including 2 kids. It was as advertised, the property was very nice. Close proximity to everything we needed. The check in process was easy. It was easy to have food delivered, and Ubers were there in a snap to take us to our next destination! Thank you so much for opening your place to us!

Great location, pool, and dock walk.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron. There were a handful of issue though. There are quite a few maintenance items that need to be addressed: lights not working, broken switch, coffee maker was really gross. The largest concern was the pool lighting, 1 fixture was completely removed from wall and laying in floor of pool. Another was barely still connected to wall. With so many kids playing and curious, it really raised concern for electrocution. I assume the electric is properly GFI’d but still
 Also, we got stuck in elevator twice, it took time to figure that once to our floor we needed room key to press floor again and get door open. And lastly, our safety chain on the door to our room was broken and door frame looks to of been bent because of a break in. Thanks

Great stay

Came in for a conference down the street at a different resort, but this room was cheaper. Glad I stayed! Eventually my wife and daughter flew in for a few days at DIsneyWorld, and the room was fantastic and worked well for our needs.
