We loved everything about this hotel/ i will give it a 9/10…the pool and the lazy river were my kids fav ..our room was great however we only got two times change of towels in a 5night stay…we would def come back again! Great service and nice restaurants too

I come to this property every year with my family because we love it so much. It’s always clean and so many fun things to do and restaurants to choose from. It’s also near all the amusement parks and not far from airport. It’s the best property in Orlando.

Nice hotel and accommodation. I wish the suite would have a complete kitchen for families. The water park had no slides options for kids shorter than 48” which was disappointing. Internet should be free as it is in most hotels.

Excellent staff and service, everyone was very courteous, amenities were wonderful, great variety of restaurants, pool is superb, room was excellent and very clean, location of hotel is great for a variety of nearby attractions including Disney.

The hotel is very big and well maintained. Happened to be a busy weekend with a kids talent show going on at the convention center, SO there were a lot of kids
