Always clean, great location. My suite had the newly upgraded bathroom with terrific shower. Suggest towel bar and hooks tho as no towels on display or place to hang to dry. I’ll be back!

Well I couldnt leave my room for over 2 hours when I needed to go. The battery for the key card was dead, so it took 4-5 walks to the office to be re keyed then those stopped working all together Security had to let me in as my oxygen was inside and I was locked out. After that Finally was resolved, the rest wasnt to bad.

The air conditioner was not working. When I called to let them know they said they would have someone check it out the next day. I told them I was only staying one night and they brought me box fans. I will never stay here again. I called again to see what they were going to do about this and Mario told me "it should have been pleasurable since it was a cool night." He had an attitude. Who wants to stay the night with the windows open? Not an enjoyable stay to say the least.
