We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was awesome — very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was in great condition, and it was clear that the property is taken care of thoughtfully.The management team was also prompt and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, which we truly appreciated and which made our stay smooth and comfortable.The only area for improvement would be the availability of basic supplies. For guests traveling on vacation — especially those driving long distances or flying in from thousands of miles away — it would be extremely helpful to have essential items such as adequate towels, bath tissue, hand soap, and basic bath/shower supplies readily available. After paying a significant amount for a stay, having to immediately shop for basic necessities can be inconvenient.Overall, it was a great experience, and with a few added essentials, it would be absolutely perfect.

Overall the house was as pictured. Hospitable during our stay. Home was clean, enough space for 24 people comfortably. Management brought me cookies and they put up a Christmas tree which was a huge plus! My only suggestion would be for smaller kids to have more options for them. The house was more geared towards maybe age 8 and up when it comes to the game room activities.

What a wonderful house and stay we had. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The customer service and ground crew was very prompt and quick with responses and responding to the minimum hiccups very fast and that was truly appreciated. Overall the Home was clean and spacious! Towels are worn and bleached stained, needs to be replaced. Pool towels should be provided. Walls in common area, doors and garage need paint touched up and mold is developing in master shower on main floor.

It was spacious, comfortable and inviting. It made you feel like you wanted to stay much longer than you planned. It just needed a few more larger and better pots. The pots weren’t really the right type of pots for an electric stove,other than that it was lovely. I would definitely come again

Great property!

Great property for our group of 17. We had a great time and enjoyed the many bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and outdoor area. Extra towels provided was a plus. There was a small fee to use the resort pool. Not a big expense just don’t remember reading about that. The large trash can in the kitchen is great, just remember to bring larger trash bags. The location of the neighborhood was great, access did get backed up on Friday evening and took 30 mins to go 1/2 mile. It is a busy area in Florida.

Great house for large groups!

This was a great rental house for our large family gathering - we fit 24 people ranging from age 1 to 70. We stayed for 9 nights, taking advantage of the extra-night-free promotion. There were enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The host was quick to respond to any of my questions, whether it was months in advance or during the stay, and was also able to provide 2 pack-n-plays and a highchair for the 1-year-olds in our group. The house is in a gated community with 24-hour security, so it felt very safe. Parking right at the house wasn't that convenient with 5 minivans/SUVs and multiple smaller groups coming and going at different times throughout the stay - fitting 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway was tight. That being said, there is a small circle just 2 houses away (easy walk) with plenty of open parking spots around it that was super convenient for this property. The pool and hot tub on property were a great perk, especially with 9 kids in our group! We used this as a base to visit Disney, Universal, and Sea World, and you definitely want to allow for extra travel time to these parks due to traffic both getting to I-4 from the house and along I-4 - weekdays were much worse than weekends. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this house, and would strongly recommend it for large groups like ours!

Great Christmas Stay

We arrived in Fl 2 hours early and we were allowed to check in early. Check in and keyless entry very easy . We stayed at the property for a week I loved the neighborhood we initially had a problem with the WiFi but that was fixed within 5 minutes. Driving out of the neighborhood the internet seems to not work with all carriers. The house was a delight the only suggestions I would make is to add a broom there is a shark vacuum but a broom is needed. Also more kitchen cook ware, bigger pots, pans, kitchen towels. We did have an issue with one of the fridges leaking but maintenance came and took care of that as well..Perhaps there should be stepping mats in all the bathrooms when you exit the shower.. some of the adults says the bathrooms could be cleaned a little better. Overall the stay was marvelous maintenance was always there when we called, Owner was very nice and might I add we had 16 adults and 3 kids it is so hard to find a house that doesn’t have bump beds the arrangement of 6k, 2q, 6full beds and each room having their own bathroom is wonderful . Rex(Rax) Was helpful and even gave us a complimentary couple days of warming the pool . I would definitely book this house again or if the owner has any other villas like please let us know . Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Vacation.

Great house for a large group

This is such a great house for a big group! There were 20 of us and we had plenty of room. I was a little stressed out after reading reviews about the parking situation. We had 5 cars and never had a problem with parking. We could fit two cars in the garage, two in the driveway and there were several marked spots a few houses down to park the fifth car. We were there for an event at ESPN about a 20 minute drive. There were several stores and restaurants about a 5 minute drive away. The area was nice and we didn’t run into too much traffic. We paid to heat the hot tub and pool and it was wonderful. It was in the low 60’s while we were there and we were able to swim every day comfortably. We did not have time to use the club house but it looked nice. They told us at check in that we could use it the whole time for our group of 20 for $48. I love how open the house is, that there were no twin or bunk beds( we were a group of adults) and there were private bathrooms in almost every room. My only suggestion to the owners is extra towel would be nice. We had one towel per person. While we did have two washer and dryers it would have been nice to have an extra towel per person especially when we were swimming too. The communication was great with the company that manages the house. We will be back!

Amazing place

This is our second time in the Solterra development, and we’ve loved it both times. The neighborhood is well set up with a great central pool and other amenities, and though the cafĂ© can be very busy, it’s still a nice treat for the kids. The house was clean, largely well taken care of (carpet on the stairs was starting to show wear
but nothing shocking). All the appliances worked, the water in the showers was hot, as was the hot tub. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the space was huge, even with 10 adults and 10 kids. We had some issues with the pool heat, but the property managers were extremely responsive and were beyond helpful, they really made the trip great.

Was a nice property. I would like to see minimal seasonings like salt and pepper they are there to mention it in the listing so you don’t buy them on the way to the house when not needed. Other than that, which is not a complaint but a suggestion, it was great! Would recommend it. Thank you
