We absolutely loved our stay! The entire family enjoyed being here. Perfect amount of bedrooms for a large family. The amenities were amazing. Enjoyed the water park even more than Disney! Highly recommend this listing and look forward to coming back!
We had a great stay this December with our kids (ages 13-23) and our parents. Perfect for multigenerational families with 2 bedrooms on the main floor (no steps). Loved the theming and nods to Disney and universal. Clean, convenient, easy to get to.
Beautiful house with a great location to Disney World. The
kitchen was well stocked for our large family. The teens
enjoyed the pool and the resort's water park. Great time
had by all.
I canât say enough good things about this place. Even though the air condition went out while we were there, they came and fixed it within 3 hours. The pics are just how they seem. I would def stay there with my family again. And it really wasnât a bad drive to Disney
Greta location great neighborhood, definitely recommended.
I would say it is a five star but for the maintenance, plenty of items in the house were worn out or broken, nothing you need during your stay, but I do recommend the owners some maintenance, it feels worned out more than it should. Of course, I understand it is a rental and as such, it is hard to keep it 100%, but still, the property needs some love.
Very comfortable for my family. The slider to the pool wasnât great with the alarm but it was fixed and all was good. I didnât think the fabric on the chairs at the island was practical.
It was perfect for our needs. Close to Disney world where our girls were participating in a cheer competition. We had 7 moms staying at the property and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms so it was perfect and comfortable. The only very small issue we had was when we cooked anything on the stove the smoke alarm would go off. But it turned off with the push of a button on the alarm system. I am definitely planning on being back and hope to get this property again.
We had a wonderful Vacay with 12 family members from 2 to 70! House was very spacious, clean & well equipped. It was an easy walk from the property to community center gym & water park. The pool was perfect for all ages. Only annoyance was the patio door alarm; although we totally get the safety measures ⊠at one point alarm kept going off every 30 seconds. We called security to fix only to figure out that the sliding door behind the curtain was slightly open. All in all a perfect house for large family group & reasonable commute to theme parks. Weâd definitely stay here again. Thanks!
We had our vacation with Grandparents, grown children, and grandkids. This property had everything we could need. Two bedrooms on the main floor made it easier for older adults. The themed rooms for the grandkids were a fabulous hit.
The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. Plenty of pots and pans and storage bowls.
Family loved playing in the pool. There is an alarm on the door that goes off when it is opened. We felt safe that the kids would not sneak into the pool without us knowing.
Property is close to Walmart and restaurants, and Disney parks. Also, in a lovely neighborhood.
We definitely recommend this property for a family. Very clean!
My extended family typically does Disney world once a year, but normally stay on property. This year we couldnât find a place for all of us on property, and the prices at Disney were outrageous ($650-$800 a night for a deluxe resort standard room), so we opted for Vrbo close to Disney and Universal. The house had plenty of room for 12 of us (separate rooms for our teens, the pool, and the game room were perfect) has comfy beds and great themed rooms. It was super clean and the manager was very easy to communicate with. We had one issue with a neighbors being super loud at 3am. Obviously this is no fault of owners but realize that walls seem super thin and you hear everything right outside of you. Also if you are planning to visit Disney or universal know that it will take 20-45 minutes. Even though the house looks close to the parks, I-4 traffic was horrendous. All in all, a great place for large families.
The property manager encouraged my family and friends to travel to Florida during a catastrophic hurricane. Residents were encouraged to evacuate, airports and theme parks were closed, and even their local home office was closed, but they informed us the house was ready to check-in. They only care about ensuring they get to keep any and all deposits and fees paid. We received zero funds back and even still paid a cleaning fee. Please check them out on BBB and Google reviews. We were receiving correspondence about a Florida hurricane from someone operating out of the UK. This was a very disturbing experience that I wish for no other family.
The property was comfortable, clean, and had good amenities nearby including 7/11, a swimming pool and splash pad, and only 20 minutes from Disney. It was a great spot for our girl scout troop to stay. The major problem we had was that the host did not bring more toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags. In the description of the property it states that each bathroom starts with 1 roll of TP. That's fine, but with 4 women and 9 girls that is not going to last long! I asked for more the first morning after check in (Thursday) and didn't receive any. I had to buy our own toilet paper at 7/11!!! On Friday morning I asked again and was told "Sorry maintenance should have brought it, I'll them again." Still no toilet paper. We got some more and paper towles at Target that evening. Saturday I asked again and never heard anything back from the host the rest of the stay. We paid over $2000 to stay there 6 nights! Plan to bring your own TP and paper towels.
