Wonderful Christmas Stay

Windsor townhome

Location excellent but checkin process we found out our information was not given to the security team. Property management corrected it after about 10 minutes. Everything smooth after that. Millipede season so they were frequently located outside by us but it’s Florida so wildlife is to be expected. Clean place not much on extras but for a basic stay very good.

Stay in Windsor Hills from 09/30/2024 to 10/08/2024

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Windsor Hills. The vacation home was very bright, very clean and nicely furnished. The private pool provided relaxation and cooling, as the resort's community pool was unfortunately unusable until shortly before departure due to Hurricane Helene. Communication with Chris and Rema was always straightforward and I always received a quick response. The service was particularly noteworthy when we realized that our son had forgotten his two favorite stuffed animals. An employee drove to the house just before Hurricane Milton arrived and picked them up. When picking up the stuffed animals, I also found it very accommodating that Raven showed us alternatives and offered to reserve them until we received definitive feedback on whether we could travel to our final destination in New Smyrna Beach. I would be happy to book a vacation home through Mid Florida Home Management again.

Great property with amenities

Clean and roomy property. The food/ pool area was just what we needed on an off day or after a Disney day. We had loud neighbors at night that the resort took care of. Great kitchen space fully stocked with everything. A grew cabinets need some love. Walmart close to get anything you need. Easy check in and access to the property. Don’t forget to include your lines, it’s worth it. Great stay, lots to do on property and a great place to stay.

Amazing stay at beautiful Windsor Hills townhouse

Everything about this stay was great. Dealing with reservations in advance was easy. The town house itself was beautiful 3 great full size rooms all en-suite so everyone has their own space and privacy. Good size pool for the group. Easy to get support from reservations during the stay. Well supplied kitchen with domestic needs so no need to bring washing liquids etc, dishwasher tabs bin sacs etc. Great location, would highly recommend and I can be picky as I like an element of luxury. See you next year.

Great vacation

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean, pool was great, everything we needed was there. We did have a problem with the refrigerator early in our vacation but as soon as we contacted the property manager and owner Both were very quick to respond and got us a replacement fridge within a few hours, not to mention it was on Easter weekend! Very impressive, These things happen but it’s how it’s handled is what is important ! We had a bbq and stroller rental delivered to the house, both were delivered and picked up efficiently ! Plenty of bedroom space, closet space, linens and towels! Great view of the lagoon, even spotted a few gators ! Overall it was a great vacation.

Great place

Overall very happy with the house and the Windsor Hills resort area. Check in was easy and going in and out of the gate each day is a breeze as it’s automated. The house is in pretty good shape. The pool in the back is quite small but still good for little ones and for refreshing dips. The main resort pool also a great area. It has a keypad entry so you’re not having to check in at a desk each day. They could use a few more lounge chairs as it got pretty busy each day and was tough to find seating. We will look at staying here again in the future!

Relaxing experience

We have stayed in Windsor Hills for all our Orlando vacations. Love that is a gated community, only 10 minutes from Disney door to door, and 90 minutes from Cocoa Beach. This condo was clean (carpets old and stained upstairs but that’s expected) and had a view of the water pond from the master bedroom. It was very quiet despite being close to the entrance. Would recommend!

Other than a few minor repairs and updates that need to be done, overall the house was fine. The location of Windsor Hills is great, and everything you need is either available at the club house or very close by.

Kissimmee trip

Property was nice. Nice amenities. We were unable to use master bedroom because of small mite looking bugs all over end tables and crawling all over the base boards of the room. We were told they were sugar ants and could be from neighboring property. Exterminator had to come twice. We shut the door to the bedroom and stayed in the other rooms. When we reached out to management team they were very responsive and helpful.

Tested staying off Disney property

We have always stayed at Disney when visiting the parks. Due to the huge price difference we decided to stay off property. I was nervous but honestly very pleased. The house was wonderful with everyone having their own bathroom. The pool was nice for a quick dip after a long park day. We visited the community pool area on our off days and loved it. We will definitely stay in Windsor Hills again.

Overall the home was very suitable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and our grandson loved how close it was to the water slides & large pool. However, it does need to be updated & refreshed. The couches were very worn out and uncomfortable and the table chairs & island chairs were outdated. The pool area needs some maintenance as the interlocking bricks are quite loose. Otherwise we’d come back in a heart beat.

This property was ok, we weren’t overly impressed with it. The twin beds are very uncomfortable. The couches look and feel like people have been sitting on them with wet clothes. It’s not a cozy/warm inviting place to stay. It’s an ok place if you are using it to sleep and shower and are gone all day. Communication with property was not smooth. Watch for a generic email (it looks like spam) in regards to drivers in your party if you want to make sure you get your door code. Also they have notes about if you do this with the trash we will charge you money and a nice list of how much each towel costs if you accidentally take it with you and also before you leave could you go ahead and wash the towels for us. Also note if you are there for vacation at any of the parks, Disney/universal/sea world the traffic around the complexes in that area is terrible. 20 mins sometimes to go 1.8 miles. Overall it was clean and the other beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. We probably won’t be back.

Beautiful townhouse

We loved our stay here! It was much more spacious than the pictures show. It was clean and decorated nicely. The pool heat was an added bonus which allowed the teens use of it every evening of our stay. Everything worked in the home as it should and was an ideal location for everything we were doing during our visit. We would definitely stay here again!
