Find another place to stay.

Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we started walking towards the elevators that’s when I realized I made a poor choice in choosing this hotel. The elevator button was not working, had to use other elevator. When we got to our 4th floor the hallway had a fishy/ musty / sewer odor. No ventilation in the hallway and it’s humid. When entering the room I noticed that the smoke detector in the living room was covered with a trash bag. No cups or ice bucket. One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. The beds weren’t too uncomfortable but the pillows were flat with no fluff, Volume on Tv in the room did not work with the remote, had to manually put the volume up on the tv. I took my kids to the pool and when I got in the pool the water was hot.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. However, the hotel could really use a deep cleaning, as some areas felt a bit neglected. With more attention to cleanliness, this place would be a much better stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, only a couple of things were off for us. 1 - the carpets/hallways had a musty smell, which we think may be from the constant wetting from persons in and out of the pool. 2 - paying for parking, we have never stayed at a hotel and have to pay for parking at the hotel, however, we can understand that being where the hotel is located and parking is limited, this is how they ensure guests have secure parking. Otherwise, the staff are all amazing! They even sent my husband a lovely gift bag for his birthday! Whenever we come to Orlando again, we will stay here for sure.

The building is outdated, continues water leak at the shower which the management is aware when addressed.Gave a tip to housekeeper prior to cleaning the room but it was not thoroughly cleaned. Mattress caved in at the center, intermittent loud sound from the A/C unit.

I loved how close everything was to the hotel, staff was friendly and nice. The building was clean, was eating breakfast outside and noticed how not only was a staff member sweeping around the tables but also behind the lounge chairs and couch's. This was surprising to me but also someone who is afraid of spiders i loved that this was done. The rooms were very clean and the bed was perfect for a nights rest. Overall 10/10

Front desk Samantha ruined this stay. She checked a guest into my room and then lying about it for 3 days while making up different stories and blaming the guest who walked into my room; saying she got keys made at their sister property. The final day, we found an earlier flight home I asked her if we could checkout and get refund since it was only 15 mins past checkout. She once again had negative energy said no. Ok no big deal we will just stay. We leave to the beach for the day and get a notification for our stay. Samantha went and checked us out anyway. I called hotel let them know we were not checking out. Didn’t matter. They bagged my clothes and reset all the keys. Property is clean, housekeepers are good, morning front desk and night audit were good. Samantha ruined an otherwise good stay.

Great hotel with amazing staff!

The woman working at check in was SO nice! Me and the kids absolutely loved the little free snacks they had out in the lobby. Such a nice way to interact with the guests and really makes you feel comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely be back just for the hospitality!! Would also like to point out the welcome bag they give you at check-in. Such a nice touch. Did not love that you have to pay for parking, but because we were only there for one night we didn’t have to. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely be staying again!
