10/10 Fantastic House

Stayed for 9 nights at the beginning of June. The house is in a wonderful location at the end of a quiet road. Having stayed at many houses on the Reunion Resort this is probably the best in terms of location and amenities. Definitely will look to book this house again for future trips.

Kids loved it. Parents not so much

You are renting a building. It happens to have bathrooms and the kitchen. When do you think VRBO do you think of home away from home but this is not it. For what you pay you would think you would get a little more. The game room and the pool were a hit with the kids and that's about it. No board games. No spatula potholders kitchen dish cloth and dish towels, laundry pods or even paper towels! The back end of our van was parked 2 inches over the end of the driveway resulting in a violation note written at 1:15 a.m. There were millipedes and roaches in the house. The listing says there is an elevator but the door was locked and a note said that it was only for the owners use and not the guests so beware of that. There is a picture of a handicap lift into the pool but the battery was dead. I'd say keep looking

Great house in Reunion Spa & Golf Resort

This is great house and is furnished very nicely. The property manager was great. We did have problems with the elevator, but Lewis the property manager sent someone immediately to try and fix it. We learned how to get the door open on the 1st floor. But it still wouldn’t work properly. However, that was just a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the house, even though we only slept in it. Didn’t have much time to enjoy all the accommodations that the house provided, swimming pool, play room, theater room
.We Enjoy the quiet and secured neighborhood. Loved how easy it was to book it and how easy it was to communicate back and forth. We felt at home, clean and secured !

Overall great property, we couldn’t get the media room tV and video games system to work. And kids bedroom with the bunk beds tv did not work either. A great place and enjoyed it. Rained each night we were there so we did not use the pool or patio area at. All. Bring towels as the ones there are very thin.

This is a lovely house, exactly as shown in the photos, situated at the end of a very nice close in Reunion. It's tastfully decorated, modern with really good quality furnishings. Given this is a high standard rental, it's probably just at the stage of needing a lick of paint in the main common areas of the house. Some scuffing on the walls from the sheer number of families that must be using it. Nothing major though. The pool and terrace area are really nice and not always in direct sun, which we prefer. We did lose both Internet access and A/C, which was unfortunate but these things can happen. Thanks to the rental company though. They were quick to respond and had guys out to fix everything ASAP! Special thanks to Richard who came out from the rental company, after his shift had finished. He was fantastic. Super helpful and a really nice guy! In terms of some constructive points, we would say that it would be helpful to have a small welcome pack upon arrival (ie: Kitchen role, tea towel, tea/coffee etc.) Also, I appreciate that it states there are no pool towels but if you provide a pool it makes sense to spend a a few dollars and provide towels for guests too. Overall, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this home or the property rental company who are committed to helping guests have a good stay.

Beautiful Home

This Home is beautiful and looks exactly how the pictures show it in the listing the home is clean and very comfortable. My only issues was on my last day the pool heat did not seem to work how do I know this ? The temperature was pretty much the same every day and the pool and spa was very warm and comfortable except the last day it was not warm and clearly not heated the only reason I didn’t call the office was because it was a Saturday and they were closed I didn’t think this was exactly an emergency so I did not call the emergency number .

Fun Time & Elevator is awesome

Overall we had a great stay. The pool is great, the elevator was a bonus and operated really well and each room had it's own bathroom. We did have to call to get the projector working but they took care of that the same day and we had no problems after. The basketball hoop is really nice and we had fun playing that. The downside with this property is the owner doesn't seem to stay there. So the showers have no where for you to put your product other than on the floor. The pool towels are located upstairs in a closet far away from the pool. The fly's in the trash cans were pretty annoying because other people have just thrown garbage in the cans without a bag. These are only minor issues none of which ruined our stay. My family of 7 had a really nice time.

Not Accessible

While the home is lovely, it is not as handicapped accessible as it claims. After many pre-trip emails we were guaranteed that use of the elevator and pool lift would be available for a FT electric wheelchair user. On day one the elevator broke trapping my daughter inside for over an hour, necessitating a call to 911. They got her out but she was left without a chair for 15 hours because the local Fire Dept could not carry it down the stairs and WC Repair company did not arrive til middle of next day. Pool lift was never made available! Even with calls to UK realty management group and local FL number we had NO access our entire 6 day stay! These amenities are the sole reason we selected this property!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

This was an excellent choice in a safe, beautiful neighborhood with easy access to Disneyworld. The pool and game room were enjoyed by the whole family. The only suggestions would be to add a few more kitchen items (hot pads, masher, etc) to make cooking meals a little nicer and maybe a few more towels since the house is designed to sleep 10.

Great overall stay

Our stay at this property was great overall. We really enjoyed the convenience of having a pool at the house for the kids to enjoy. There were minor inconveniences that need to be addressed. Upon our arrival we realized that there were no toilet tissue in any of the restrooms; no paper towels in the kitchen, only one trash bag provided in the kitchen, and no dish detergent etc. So after driving 6 hours we immediately had to leave to go to the store to purchase these items. No clear instructions were left on how to operate the projector in the movie room so we were unable to enjoy a family movie night as we planned.

Amazing stay !

This house is truly beautiful . Clean, modern and a lot of sunlight . Bathrooms are all new and modern. Pictures are very accurate. There’s plenty of private and quiet in this location as its backing the golf course which is very quiet. We paid for a heated pool when the weather got chilly and it was really very warm and comfortable. If anyone has any questions they can email me.
