Everything was clean but the hotel is not set up well for families. Only options for parking are valet or parking garage (very long walk) neither option is convenient with kids when staying multiple days with multiple bags. There's also only 1 microwave for the entire hotel and the store on the bottom level does not have pricing on anything. The hot tubs were luke warm. The hotel overall is not bad. The staff are all very helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would say this hotel is better for people traveling without younger children.
