I had a room right against the interstate highway on the third floor and it was very noisy all night long, I am hard of hearing and even with earplugs in and a pillow over my head the sound was disturbing. That was room 1349. I actually left a day early rather than have another bad night. Other than that the place would be more like a 4-star.

Was a very good stay if you are visiting for an event at the convention center. Lots of places to eat around there within walking distance. Regarding the place, my only complaint was that the room had no shampoo and body wash.

The room needed a renovation. A lot of wear. The staff was courteous, except the discounted Disney/Universal kiosk, that REQUIRED you to go through a 2 hour orientation on their vacation hotels. Didn’t say that at the beginning, but at the end. Very annoying, and I blame Rosen to allow that to happen. Very unprofessional.

The hotel was fine, frustrated with the check in. Had been up since 4am, just wanted to get to the room. We get pulled to the side to get what they said was a welcome package. What it turned out to be was a hard sell spiel to commit to a vacation package right on the spot. Pissed me off.
