Convenient, clean, and budget friendly

The staff at check-in was friendly when we arrived around 11pm. The property is well lit and has a security guard at the entrance so safety did not feel like an issue at all. The room was clean and the A/C was blowing cold. This is an older hotel/motel and you can see the age of the place but it seems well maintained, so I have no complaints. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere close to Disney, shopping and restaurants, while on a budget. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the parks, the staff was very friendly the only thing was the breakfast is not included you need to pay and the parking you need to pay too per day.

If you’re someone who doesn’t want anything fancy this is a good basic hotel to stay at. I wouldn’t suggest the breakfast it’s not good and overpriced. This time after sleeping in the bed the first night, the sheets weren’t changed the next day but the first time I stayed it was. The only other thing that wasn’t great was the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and water got over the floor. When I go on trips to the parks personally I usually like hotels like this because I am just there to sleep and get ready for the day, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back next time.

Dinner on site was terrible. Honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had… even for a buffet. Staff was friendly for the most part, but we had to ask multiple times for a crib that we were told would be brought to our room, then when I called back they said no one was aware. AC in room did not run consistently.(it was not on auto, we set it to continuous to try to get it to work) Honestly would not stay here again.

I was mislead by their add they said free shuttle to sea world but they didnot have a shuttle to seaworld and i did not read anywhere that you had to pay 10 a day to park at the hotel other then that it was a very nice hotel

Room had a very bad and musty smell. Almost sour and stinking. Did not feel good. Had small ants. The lights kept flickering. The staff tried to help me give a little extension on the stay only after repeated requests. I appreciated that. But other hotels do give late checkouts quite politely and easily. I would not recommend this hotel due to the stinky room and that I did not feel safe. It’s more like a motel environment
