Generally the house was very nice with good appointments. It accommodated my very large family nicely. A/C not working and one toilet flush handle was broken when we arrived. We called facilities, and they arrived and fixed the problems promptly.I have rented houses in the Solterra community for the past eight consecutive years and each house included the items that were available only at extra charge at this house. ie: High chair, pack N play, grill, entrance fee to the recreation/play area.Note: one bar stool and one dining chair were broken when we arrived.

The host doesn’t care about their guest or the property

My family stayed here for 5 days for a family trip to epic universe. There was 25 of us. The pool was dirty when we arrived Trash was overflowing at the front door and there was a very bad leak that made one of the bedrooms uninhabitable and the play room unusable. When I reached out for help they sent someone to collect the trash and clean the pool but dragged there feet repairing the leak that basically ruined the vacation for everyone. I was patient and waited until now for someone to reach out and resolve the mistreatment that we received from magical vacations but have yet to hear anything from anyone. Do not rent this house it is a health hazard due to the mold being created by the very bad water leak that is in this house.

Family Vacation Getaway

The Resort & view of the house & community was amazing. Just had issues constantly with the security guard, not giving us a parking pass and also harassing one of my drivers letting them know. They couldn’t get a parking pass and the car could get towed. We called the property manager , who told us our name was on the list to get them & went to the clubhouse many of times to get one, but still never gotten one..The house was beautiful & the kiddos & family loved it. But we couldn’t swim in the pool because nobody was sent out nor able to come clean it. We saw hair, other people goggles, and some types of plastic in the pool and some nasty looking fluid all in the pool. I texted to have it cleaned and called but I was told nobody come come out on weekends. That was a huge disappointment to the family but we enjoyed the home tho

Orlando trip

Beautiful location and great size. Beware if u come to the house with babies, there aren’t any bathtubs. The furniture in the bedrooms is scarce, every bedroom has a tiny dresser with no room to put anything away. Properly isn’t taken care of properly. All furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced. The movie theater couches are especially worn out. In addition when we got tje there the first day, the house wasn’t cleaned very well. Used toilet paper in bathrooms.we had a great time and made the best of it but I would not stay at this property again

Golf trip

14 adults not wanting to share bedrooms. Though a couple beds were small, we knew it prior to arriving and we were only staying 6 nights. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the floors. Orher than that and a few minor issues such as loose screws on a bed frame and loose legs on a couple kitchen chairs. I reserved the house and heard VERY FEW complaints from my 13 friends. Reccomend this property especially if you're traveling with children.

Kitchen needs refresh

If planning for a large group, be advised that the kitchen lacks enough utensils, plates, bowls, and cookware. Also there is only one oven and it is somewhat aged. The place was clean and the location is good but we have rented other homes in the Orlando area that are much more equipped for a large (20+) group.

Great location, steep price, lacking basics

This property was great by most every account that VRBO asks. The pool was lovely, rooms unique and fun! The company was very responsive when we had a leak in the sink. I was disappointed by the lack of basic necessities. Every evening for dinner we ran out of forks, and cups were sparse. There was no full size frying pan. There was 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, no salt and pepper, insufficient basics which force you to have to buy all these items, and far more than what you'll need for your stay. Given the price, I thought we'd have the basics covered for the duration of our stay.

Nice home layout for the price

Great layout for our family of 12 adults & 7 kids (under age 7). Loved that most had their own bathrooms. Disappointed with the level of cleanliness, specifically in the bathrooms. We paid for the pool to be heated and after several calls it was fixed halfway through our trip. We were never able to get the pool lights to work. There was only a 4” pan in the kitchen, so we had to purchase a large one. A few disappointing surprises: the listing indicated a grill and there wasn’t one, the subpar condition of the chairs and arcade games in the theater.
