Hello! This hotel is very dirty and overall unkept. I’m so happy we stay just overnight because I wasn’t sure how long I could last. My daughter was in tears because it was so nasty! From the door of the micro fridge to the bathroom and to the carpet, it was completely dirty!!!! I was very happy when morning arrived so we could leave. The ONLY reason we were there is because our resort was booked for the Sunday night stay. We got out the hotel and just waited until our room was ready at the resort. Overall I give this hotel a zero!

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, when we arrived the staff informed us we would have to wait 1 hour for our room to be ready. When we arrived back and checked in, the room was adequate, we were informed that the hotel was under renovation however. One big complaint was the air con was rubbish and staff didn’t really help with this, however, this may be a one room issue and could just be pot luck. The area is right in the middle of international drive, and 5 minutes away from Icon park and restaurants and bars. The hotel offered parking and was in a very convenient area to drive to parks. The hotel is in a good location and when renovations are completed I believe is will be a great hotel. Thanks for the stay!

The elevator was so dirty and smelly. The carpet in there was black the walls had splatters in them. In the room had an old wet musty smelling. We used air sanitizer and the smell was still there. The shower cornea had black mold build up starting.

Decent hotel for the price

For the money, this hotel was a good choice. The pool was the best part of the stay. The pool area was never crowded, and it was very relaxing. The room was recently renovated, so it was nice, and came with a mini fridge and mini microwave. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrible, very bumpy. The air conditioner worked well but was very loud. Also, since the hotel was under renovations, during the day the construction could get loud.

The staff was very slow, the room had an an odd smell in the room. We had to constantly re ask the hotel members to help up. Overall 4/10 experience.

Rooms weren’t the cleanest but it was a fine place to stay for a couple of nights. If you’re gonna be at the theme parks day and literally only sleeping, you’re fine. I’d just say consider spending minimal time at the hotel. Staff were actually great though!
