Excellent location of villa, felt extremely safe. Good reception at arrival. Rooms were all clean and in good condition. Spacious for us to spread out when needed some quiet time. Downstairs bedroom for elderly relative was excellent with a large bathroom. Upstairs a good choice of bedrooms to suit all. We had one or two issues with shower/sink drainage but management company were extremely quick to resolve issues within a couple of ours. Pool was lovely to relax in at the end of a tiring park day. We actually did some relaxing afternoons as we were near enough to hop back to the parks in the evening about 15 min drive to Disney parks. Good range of restaurants near to location on the 192 so not too far to have to drive for a meal or for general shopping.

February Getaway

We had an enjoyable stay. Lots of room, comfortable beds. We were very happy with the pool and hot tub. We found that the we were one of the few places that had hand rails to help us get in and out of the pool and hot tubs. We were grateful for them. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we thought it would be. When our hosts were made aware they went out and got us what we needed. They even purchased some wine for us as a thank you for letting them know. All in all we were very pleased and would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful house

The house itself is lovely, and the management team and so nice and very responsive. However, there was a consistent cockroach problem even after the house being sprayed twice while I was there. I could not relax as every time I looked around I saw one, plus the freezer was full of dead ones the first day we were there. We had to pull out the fridge to sweep because one went under there and it was horrifying the amount of roaches and dead lizards. Just to be clear, as I said, it is a beautiful house and the management company is extremely responsive. I’m not sure where the disconnect lies, but I looked between the carpet and the wall in the bedroom, just out of curiosity, and it was full of roach droppings. If this problem is taken care of, I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

What a perfect stay!

We rented this home to have all our family together. It was a decent proximity to the airport. It is so close to anything you would want including Disney and Universal. The gates community is BEAUTIFUL! They do everything possible to keep it clean including daily trash pick up from your outside bins. The house was very clean and open. Perfect for large families. Several of us have severe back issues and none had complaints of the beds. They were insanely comfortable. The house theme was movies and it was carried well throughout the house without being too overdone. The pool area was very private with part of a lake behind. We didn’t feel on top of the neighbors at all and had a decent distance between us. The pool and the outside area was very relaxing. Even the outdoor shower had hot water and not just cold. We had a good amount of wildlife we could see too. I am a traveler who will contact management to ask questions if needed. The management was so polite and replied very quickly every time. We were alerted prior to arrival that the stove had gone out but by the next afternoon we had a brand new stove installed with no hassle. Very responsive team! This house had everything we needed and with its perfect location, we would absolutely recommend it and stay here again.

Great property for a large group

This property was perfect for our large group, including 3 children. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all furnished with everything we needed. And when we had problems with the stove, the property manager had someone come out right away to fix it.

Lovely property on a great resort. The pool area is spacious and sunsets are fabulous. Plenty of room for two families or a family with grandparents as we were. Management company easy to deal with and responded quickly.

Great house layout for family

The house had a great layout for our family. Had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 8 plus toddler. Great pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Nice gated resort & location.

Great Home for the Florida get away!

This property had all the things that we needed for our family vacation. The entire house was clean and well organized with multiple locations for family to sit and relax in their own space. The kitchen had all the items we needs to make food, wash dishes and such. Overall the house was a great deal and a great location for our vacation.

Disney Family Vacation

House was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 8. It's exactly as described. In close proximity of everything you need from supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, and disney parks. Only issue was with 1 of the bathrooms that the water wouldn't drain and we notified the property manager which got back to us right away and said someone was coming to get it fixed and never did. Other than that our stay was great and the kids enjoyed very much the pool

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The managers were very responsive to our requests. Make sure to test the hot tub asap when you arrive at the house. The beds were super comfy. WDW was minutes away.

Overall this was a nice property. Pool area could have been cleaner when we arrived, lots of debri by hot tub. Pool was green one day so probably need pool guy more often. Someone was sent out immediately though once I contacted managment company.

Perfect for Families

Our grandchildren had a total blast. We had such a great time. House is perfect for families. We had one issue and that was trash removal. This property is so nice, and we would love to stay again when we come back for Disney. Close to all kinds of fun. Location is perfect!

Best location to stay.

Great property. Emerald Isle development is the perfect location to get quickly to local attractions without waiting too long in traffic. Stayed in other developments which are about 4-5 miles farther away but spent another hour each way in traffic. Highly recommend house and development.

Wonderful Place

The house and location were fantastic. All the amenities you could ask for. Clean and the beds were great. We spent most of our time around the pool at night. Proximity to stores, restaurants Disney and other attractions was excellent. The only problem we encountered was some trouble flushing some of the toilets, but that was not a real problem. I would highly recommend a stay there for a large group.

Good for families

Perfect for children. The house shows some evidence of wear and needs a few things, new shower heads, kitchen faucet needs replacing, nothing fancy but if you spend ,most of your time at the parks it is just right. One comment for the home owner, there are no instructions regarding the a/c, how to use the pool alarm, where the supermarkets are ( of course you can find them but it would be good to have that info available), where the closest emergency room/hospital is, general info on the area. Overall, it is a a good place for kids and easy to get to the parks.
