Inside, the open‑plan living area invites you to unwind on plush sofas while the aroma of a home‑cooked meal fills the air. After a day at the nearby theme parks, you can soak in the hot tub under a canopy of palm trees and let the evening breeze carry away the excitement.
Sleeping arrangements
This home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across six spacious bedrooms and nine beds. The downstairs bedroom offers easy access to the main living area, while the five upstairs rooms provide added privacy. Five full bathrooms mean no one has to wait, and extra towels, linens, and blankets are supplied for your convenience.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a private pool and hot tub surrounded by loungers and a roomy patio, perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request for families with little ones. Community amenities include free access to a water park with a slide and lazy river, as well as an amenity center with additional pool space.

Nearby you’ll find a variety of restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, and playgrounds, giving you plenty of options when you’re not exploring the parks.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
