The Space:

Tucked inside the gated community of Reunion Resort, this five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home gives your group everything needed for a proper Florida escape - room to spread out, a private pool waiting just outside, and a string of world-famous theme parks within easy reach. Whether you're here for the parks, the pool, or simply a change of scenery, this home is built for groups who want to do it all without sacrificing comfort.

 

Living space

The open-concept main floor is anchored by a bright living area that flows directly into the kitchen and dining space - no walls between the cooking, eating, and lounging zones, so your group stays connected no matter what's happening. High ceilings and generous natural light give the space an easy, unhurried feel. A dedicated workspace is also available if anyone needs to stay productive mid-trip.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is built for serious cooking - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and a full complement of cookware, dishes, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses. The adjacent dining table seats the group comfortably, making home-cooked meals a real option rather than an afterthought.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 6 beds. The first-floor primary bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bath, and a TV - ideal for guests who prefer a quieter, ground-level setup. Upstairs, a second primary suite includes a king bed and a double shower. Two additional bedrooms are fitted with queen beds, and a bunk room rounds out the sleeping arrangements - a setup that works well for families with kids of different ages. A cozy loft with a TV and balcony access sits upstairs as a secondary lounge area.

 

Game room

The converted garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room with a pool table and ping pong table - a go-to spot for evenings in, rainy afternoons, or whenever the group needs a break from the parks.

 

Outdoor & pool

Step outside to your private pool, framed by a spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill. It's a natural gathering point - morning coffees, post-park swims, and evening cookouts all happen here. A patio or balcony area adds to the outdoor living options.

 

Resort amenities

As a Reunion Resort guest, your group also has access to a wide range of shared resort amenities at no extra charge: pools, spas, and fitness centers at Seven Eagles; pools, wading pool, and spa at Homestead; pool and spa at Carriage Pointe; two pools, wading pool, and spa at Heritage Crossing; pool, spa, gazebo, and pavilion at The Terraces; a playground and outdoor fitness center at Grand Traverse Parkway; and the Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park. Please note: the lazy river and water park are not included in guest access.

 

Getting around

Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away - roughly a 20-25 minute drive. Universal Orlando Resort sits about 22 miles out (30-35 minutes), and EPCOT is around 14 miles from the home. Disney Springs, Legoland Florida, Universal's Volcano Bay, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are all within a 35-45 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is approximately 34 miles away, around 35-45 minutes by car.

 

Practical details

The home includes a washer, dryer, iron, hangers, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a pack 'n play, and a high chair. Self check-in is via smart lock. Initial supplies are provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. For longer stays, you may need to restock. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM.
