The hotel was great, especially for the price we were paying. Room was very nice and had great AC with the most comfortable bed. Didnt get to try any breakfast but it did look really good. Only complaint I would have is the lobby being a bit on the warmer side, also wish there was more shuttle times instead of 8:30 & 5:30.

So this hotel can easily get confused with the one at Universal if you aren’t careful when traveling which can be frustrating. The check in time in my opinion is quite late, so if you get there early expect an early fee even if the room is ready. There was no water machines and just a singular ice maker downstairs so me and my friend were getting a little dehydrated during the trip. In our room though, I must say it appeared clean, but there wasn’t hot water in our shower, the shower was draining slow like it had a clog, and the TV didn’t have our preferred streaming service, Hulu. Overall I’m not sure that I would stay at spark again.

The cancelled my hotel reservation without notifying and I spent 4 hours driving to the location arrived at 11 pm just to not have a room and was forced to search for a hotel last minute and they were blaming Expedia

The hotel and room was very clean! Very quiet place to stay. The staff when we checked in wasn’t the friendliest but in the morning at check out they were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was just average-cereal, bagels, boiled eggs. Only took us about 5mins to get to Universal and parking was easy! I’d stay here again.

Room was clean except for the rusting in the bottom of the bathtub and hair left under the sheets. It was quiet which is what we were looking for and staff was nice

The hotel was okay for a short stay, but there were several downsides. The breakfast was very limited and exactly the same every day, which became repetitive quickly. The dining area was also quite small, so it often felt crowded during the morning rush. Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway was noticeable, especially at night, making it hard to get a good rest. Overall, it’s decent for a quick stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer or relaxing stay.
