The house had all of the beds that it said that it would. Check in and check out with a very easy process and Emily was very easy to work with. Our issues came in the fact that our microwave did not work, our stove burners did not work and the jets in the hot tub did not work like they should. When we contacted our host, they said someone would be by to fix them. We had one person show up for the hot tub who just turned it on and said that it was fine. I was told that someone else would have to come to fix the microwave and the stove the next day and they never showed up. We went the entire week with no microwave and only being able to use half of our stove. We threw away hundreds a of dollars of snacks and leftovers that we couldnât reheat/cook. The hot tub also smelled like swamp water for about two days. There were barely enough towels for the amount of guests that the house can sleep and the amount of guests that we put on our reservation. The property itself was in need of some fresh paint and patching of the holes in the walls. Both the couch downstairs and upstairs had multiple rips and tears in the leather and they were duct tape taped together. We actually found two toy cars in one of the slits in our couch, which thrilled the little boy in our party. Overall, I would stay with the host again at a different property, but I would not rent the same property again.
