A spirit airline of hotels

After a 6 day stay I would not recommend this option to neither my friends, colleagues nor my worse enemies! While my girlfriend stayed here a few years ago and recommended it for our stay, we were quickly shocked during the initial check-in. We were charged $19 a day for parking! Which I would admit is stated during the booking process just not without a little more effort to find. Especially considering how much that can effect your budget abruptly on day one! Which left a bad impression on what should be a great start to a vacation. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast was good but nothing to call home about. Plus, housekeeping felt like something that is usually done for you as your stay progresses. This hotel makes you request it and if you do not they will not attend the room. Which is fine, yet when we requested it and relayed to the front desk that we would not be in our rooms starting at 12; they stated that the room will be serviced then. We returned at 4pm to the room unattended! When I asked the front desk what happened I was meet with an attitude and a response of “they work till 5 so they just have not made it to your room yet.” Again if that’s the policy that is fine, just state it so I don’t look crazy when I come back and nothing was done! We would’ve came back later so they would have ample time to tidy up, instead of having to deal with the rudeness of the front desk! Overall, the stay was fine. Especially if you’re just there to sleep. I will not return!

Good value -but lacking in comfort.

Overall average for the price. Location was convenient. Breakfast was decent but had too many tables in the main area which made it hard to maneuver. Rooms were lacking drawer space to unpack for a four day trip. Bed was less than comfortable. Too soft and sunk in the middle with weight of two people.

This property has clean, modern facilities and makes a convenient landing pad if your main goal is spending days at the parks. The breakfast is a highlight with a wide variety of options to choose from, though the seating area is limited and often feels crowded. The overall lobby layout, which combines the breakfast area, pool table, business center, and snack bar into one compact space, can feel cramped and lacking in comfort. This was our second stay, and while the hotel works well for short park-focused trips, it may not be ideal if you are seeking a quiet stay with more spacious amenities. The walls and floors are thin, and you can easily hear footsteps or movement from the rooms above. Another consistent issue is the pillows—whether staying in a king or queen room, the pillows provided are unusually small, more like square cushions than standard rectangular pillows, which affects comfort. The most disappointing part of both visits has been the front desk service. During check-in, staff offered very little communication, often just a sentence or two, and then continued conversations with each other in Spanish while we stood waiting for keys or final instructions. While the language itself isn’t the issue, the timing and lack of guest engagement came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the staff gave the impression that assisting guests was a burden, with interactions feeling rushed or unwelcoming.
