Host was responsive but pool water was very low and needed to be filled. Found trash that wasn't removed. But house close to Disney and was comfortable for 7 of us.
The house was clean decorated beautifully. Location was good. We enjoyed the pool. Had problems with internet got it working day before we left in all the bedrooms except one.Air vent in Mickeyâs room didnât work room stayed hot. Overall it was good. I will stay again
We loved our stay here. We were a family of 10 from ages 12-81 years. The home had everything we needed. We opted for pool heat and it was great! I loved the easy check-in and check-out, the great communication from the host/Casiola, the space for everyone, and the fact that it was in a gated community!
Overall the property was nice and the layout allowed for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms. That said, there was a lot of glassware on the tables for it being billed as family friendly. If my kids were younger, then I'd be concerned about them inadvertently breaking something. I also didn't like that I would have to pay for the hot tub to be heated. I get the pool, but having to pay for the hot tub, it a bit much.The main reason for the rating was the lack of resolution with the dryer which broke 2 days into our week long stay. Apparently there were no maintenance folks who could even come and take a look at the issue and it was not resolved during our stay there. I had to initiate contact every single day for an update. For touting first class service, one would imagine a proactive outreach to a guest who's experiencing an issue and provide an update. Also, the solution that was offered was a bit strange: I was offered the option to hand over wet clothes to someone so they could dry them for me. Why wouldn't full laundering be offered? I do not live in this home so do not have laundry baskets to put these clothes in so it was just a weird solution to offer someone. It also took an add'l 4 days after we checked out to get some sort of compensation for the issue.During our stay, we also had an issue with the lock not locking (low batteries). Apparently someone came to fix it, and again we were not informed to close the loop on the request.
