Enjoyed a family weekend there, and it was fantastic. The place was spacious, and a great location. The only drawback was that the listing indicated there was street parking but the host stated there wasn’t, so we had to tell our out-of-state relatives to forgo renting cars as to not overcrowd the driveway, and we had to plan on sharing cars. Turns out there indeed was overnight street parking, which was confirmed by gate security. Other than that, nice experience!

Love Love Love

We were a group of 16 traveling from Louisiana ranging from.the ages of 2 to 40. There was enough room to accommodate all of us. We honestly were not ready to leave. There was something to keep everyone entertained. We couldnt have asked for a better home. Will definitely book again when traveling to Orlando.

Birthday Epic Adventure

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our family’s needs. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for a big family vacation. We felt right at home the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a large group or family. We’re so grateful for the wonderful experience!

Overall Ok, problem w/ one broken bed had to have it repaired twice, but they did respond quickly, there were very few washcloths in the place we had to go buy someas well really nothing to cook with very a few pots and pans, oddly there was no broom we had to end up purchasing one had a problem with the patio door to the pool very hard to open. It always took two of us to open it but overall, despite those necessities, we were with family so we made ita great time. Love the area, I am the amenities on the property would possibly book again

Very nice house. But definitely wasn’t really cleaned well. All glass and high touch areas were messy/had crumbs/drink rings. I did email the rental company regarding it but received no answer.

I didn’t like the communication at all. I had an issue with the sliding door to get to the pool so therefore everyone had to go through my bedroom door which was very uncomfortable and annoying each and everyday of my stay. There need to be updates with the furniture beautiful home just needs updates. I stayed at this property before it has truly went down. This is a nice home but it needs work. Will I rent it again no I wouldn’t.

not a good vacation house

code on front stop working after the thitd day so my house was unsecure if i left out. siding patio got suck hard to open and close. no response from host when email. my stay was not good at all. game room on ad showed pooltable, foosballtable and airhockeytable. they wasn't there. insteat three standup games basketball game and one xbox game. not what i was looking for trash under the couch upatairs.

Amazing

This was an overall exceptional experience. The host was very helpful and responsive leading up to our stay, throughout our stay, and even flexible with extending our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. We are so appreciative for the quick and intentional responses we received throughout our stay. The property itself was well maintained. And included just about everything we could need for our stay. We enjoyed the amenities of the complex but also the at home feeling of just relaxing around the property.

We had a wonderful experience at Amanda’s home! They provided us with lots of amenities like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for every bathroom! We had never experienced that before! There were more than enough bath and pool towels in the home as well as some games, baby accessories and lots of kitchen appliances. Amanda and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful if we ever had an issue and we truly enjoyed our 2-week stay! We would definitely book this property again! Thank you for a great experience!!

Roomy & Clean. Great Communications & Responsiveness

We had a group of about 14 "Masters" soccer players who were attending a tournament. We have been staying in the area for 12 or 13 years, and the group enjoyed this house the most. The management/owners communciated well, and mentioned a couple of VERY small items reported by the cleaning crew and offered to resolve immediately. We, however, requested that they wait until we checked out due to the immateriality of the issues. We stayed 3 nights and cooked multiple meals, including use of the grill, patio and pool.

Nice home but misleading

The home is beautiful, however the amenities were not available as promised. No tv remotes that worked, paid for heated spa/pool but found it very difficult to operate the control and owners never sent assistance as promised. Things were broken, like the refrigerator and dishwasher, but we let that slide. Playroom had old and outdated games, pool table was ripped, basketballs were deflated. We kept the home clean and recorded our arrival (tour) and pictures of all the things broken or inoperative and did the same upon our departure. The owners attempted to charge us an additional $1030 for damages to the fuss all game, basketball game and said a soap dish in one of their showers was broken. We did not damage anything and our videos show that. I would have booked the home again but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because the owners are dishonest. It’s unfortunate. I had numerous of my clients and social media followers asking about how they could book this home. I know times are hard but they’re hard for everyone. I loss my son in May 2923 and we came together to be with one another for a difficult time. We enjoyed being there then to come home to a invoice for bogus damages was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this property but if you decide to book it. Take very detailed videos before and after just like we did. I wish them the best. Happy New year!!! May your integrity grow in the next year. Our family to yours be blessed

Great Stay

The home is great with lots of room our party was 16+ with the babies and no one felt like they were on top of each other. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the major essentials ( for my cooking ladies you will not need to bring or purchase much ). The property has many amenities as well, however there are no signs to tell you where these things are but overall our experience was great. Would definitely recommend for large family gatherings...
