The Space:

Step inside this corner cottage bathed in natural light, designed with coastal-inspired neutral and nautical décor. Tile floors flow throughout the dual-story layout, creating a crisp, breezy feel. The loft and living room each offer a smart TV with cable access, perfect for movie nights or catching up on shows. In the heart of the home, the kitchen and dining area share an open space, featuring cream cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, with a dining table for six. Outside, a private patio invites you to unwind with two chaise loungers, a dining table for four, and a walkway path for an added touch of charm.



Kid-friendly touches make this home especially welcoming for families. Guests will find two high chairs, a play pen, a step stool, and a selection of children’s toys and books—everything you need to help little ones feel at home. With comfort, style, and location all in one, this cottage is the perfect home base for your unforgettable Orlando getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a twin-size bed in the loft-style bedroom with a privacy curtain, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

• Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV with cable, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV with cable.

• Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• An additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower is also available.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities (commonly called The Fins Up Club).

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 pets may be brought to this home. Please note there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
