If you’re trying to do Disney without taking out a small personal loan, this hotel is your girl. It’s not the best stay of your life, but it’s definitely not the worst. It lives comfortably in that “we’re fine, this is fine” category. Staying here feels like visiting your great aunt in Florida. You already know it’s not going to be luxury. The decor might be from a different decade and something floral is probably happening somewhere. But you’re in Florida. You’re five minutes from Disney World. You’re winning. And that location? Elite. You’re basically around the corner from the parks, which makes early mornings and late nights so much easier. It’s a fantastic alternative to staying on Disney property if you want to ball on a budget and save your money for churros and Lightning Lanes instead of a themed headboard. You can tell this place was probably amazing back in its day. Like, at one point, someone walked in and said, “Now THIS is luxury.” Today it’s more “she’s still got it… kind of.” Respectfully. The pool isn’t bad at all. It’s a solid post-park recovery spot. And there’s a Starbucks in the hotel, which honestly carries the entire experience. Nothing heals rope-drop trauma like an iced coffee you didn’t have to drive for. They do have a Disney shuttle… technically. It runs once a day. So if you miss it, congrats, you’re calling an Uber. Overall, if you know what you’re getting into, it’s a great budget-friendly stay. Not fancy, not terrible.

I was quite disappointed after reading reviews and looking at pictures of the quality of the hotel. The pool and commons area were wonderful. However, the rooms were quite dingy. Carpet was stained, outlets didn’t work in the rooms, numerous times the fridge outlet kept falling out of the outlet causing the fridge to turn off. Some of the bedding was stained. Most elevators weren’t working in our building and most ice machines were out of order so we had to go to other floors to find ice. Although, a good price, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

We were not told that $24.00 parking fee per day will be added when we booked the hotel. There are 2 elevators in our building, one of them was out of order the whole time we were there. We stayed there 6 nights!

This room was definitely in need of some help. It was not clean... Hair in the shower and trash behind the bed. The reason I know there was trash behind the bed was because I had to move the bed to be able to plug in my phone. There are barely any outlets in the room. One that was available, but not in a convenient location was so loose the plug would fall out. There are USB ports in the alarm clock and a couple other places but only USB-A which I didn't have with me so with no working standard outlets anywhere, I had to move the bed and unplug a lamp. I also had someone charge a bar tab to my room that wasn't mine and they "took it off" when I was checking out, but then I got a new authorization with the amount 4 days after I left. Still waiting on the outcome of that. I was given a $50 credit for the room being gross, but I don't think you could pay me to stay there again. The photos are very deceiving. On a positive note, it did have a nice lobby.
