Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage zu Disney, zum Einkaufen und zu vielen Restaurants ist perfekt. Alles in unter 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Our stay was amazing the house was just as described very clean, quiet, and accessible to all parks and Orlando attractions it was about a 30 minute drive or less each way. We stayed at Lake Berkley around the same time last year a few doors up from this home and it literally felt like home. The pool was perfect we were sad to leave. We look forward to staying again soon!

Cute villa

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Prob one of our favorite houses. Good location about 30 min drive to most places we went to but for Orlando pretty common. Pool had one issue while there and they resolved it the next morning. Place was very clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space, two living areas so some of us could sit and watch tv in one room while son placed his Xbox on other. TVs in all rooms. Loved waking up to the sunshine by the pool. My only wish was they provided more cleaning supplies , I like to keep houses I stay at immaculate and was unable to without purchasing outside supplies. Recommend getting own laundry detergent the one they supply leaves oily stains on clothes.

Beautiful home and location

The home and location perfectly fit our needs. The pool was great and the lake with the wildlife was gorgeous. The house was clean and each of our kids had their own room. The only thing I would change is charging extra to grill. We chose not to grill due to the extra charge.

Great Location

The home had just what we were looking for! It’s close to attractions, restaurants, and groceries; yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the pickleball court. We walked around the neighborhood and lake each day/evening. The house was clean and comfortable. We used the pool and spa a lot. The pool area had nice outdoor furniture and was our favorite place! We really appreciated the view of the lake instead of someone else’s backyard. The pool area/yard also has privacy between each neighbor.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille dans cette maison située dans un lotissement sécurisé et calme, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Chambres spacieuses, cuisine bien équipée et une piscine trÚs agréable avec vue sur un petit lac autour duquel on peut facilement se balader.

Great villa ny the lake

This villa is in a beautiful location on a gated site. It has a covered pool overlooking a lake where we saw, bald eagles, turkey vultures, herons muscovy ducks, otters and cormorants. There is a nature walk around the lake to a lovely play area and volleball court. Great location for parks. Thoroughly recommended.

Decent for the price

Simply put when we arrived the microwave was beeping constantly. We contacted the owner but they were not able to fix it during our 5 day stay. The grill which we had planned to use was locked with a bike lock and no way to use it. The pool table had one stick out of many that actually had a tip. Overall a nice place but unfortunately the memorable parts were the issues we had. I did send this info to the owner and hadn’t plan to leave a review but I just keep getting asked to leave one so here you go.

Lake Berkley house near Disney

Property was easy to find and the keypad entry was useful because we did not have to carry keys. The house was comfortable, clean and had a lovely outlook over the lake. Some of the kitchen equipment was rather poor quality and some was in short supply. The cutlery was very cheap and there were no kitchen towels at all. There were very few drinking glasses and no plastics to use outside by the pool. Overall, the house was comfortable and private with a lovely view of the lake.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for our needs! It felt removed from the chaos of the theme parks, yet within a 30 minute +/- drive to most area attractions. Our teenage boys are runners and felt safe logging daily mileage (early mornings and evenings) within the resort community and around the lake. There is plenty of space to spread out in the main part of the house, game room and out in the pool area. Would have been awesome to find some basic fishing supplies and/or pool toys at the house, but with Walmart less than a mile up the road, it was easy enough to go grab a few things for when we had down time. Same in the kitchen: there's definitely enough cooking utensils and bare bones seasonings to get you started, but easy to run out and grab what you're missing, too. Everything was clean and ready for us early, check-in and check-out a breeze, and communication was clear and concise. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and convenient

Love this home, doing moring breakfast with the lake view at sun rise did not feel like cooking. Very open spaces and the gameroom was very entertaining. 30min to Universal and lessthat 9min to the closest Walmart. I do not only recommend, but in my next vacation I will try to book it again.

Beautiful home in a safe neighborood

The house looked exactly like the photos - it was beautiful. The house was clean and the neighborhood had a security gate that is staffed 24/7. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The pool and spa were enjoyed every day. The surrounding property was just as nice with a small playground and walking trail. Shaun and Claire were always responsive to any of our questions. The house is close to everything, parks, grocery stores, outlet stores, & restaurants. The only negatives are the hot tub is not heated after 10 pm and the air conditioning doesn't go lower than 70. The house has tiled floors and 70 would be cool enough for most people. These weren't deal breakers and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely time and all your help Shaun!
