Overall the house was as pictured and a great experience. There were a few things however that we found that negatively impacted our experience and did not meet our expectations. For an expensive home it felt cheap in the sense the owners costs were more considered than the guests.Bugs: there were small bugs in the pantry that got into our food we purchased and we had to throw away.Theater Room: Surround sound didn't work, only the front stereo speakers.TV: no local channels provided, asked to log in to own personal providers (Netflix, etc)PlayStation: no provided games, as stated. Owner asked us to login to our own account which didn't work. It definitely wasn't set up or ready. We had to connect it to the Internet, perform an update, and it still didn't work.Misleading QR code tutorial videos with inaccurate information and how to guides.Smell: the house had a musty smell that seemed like the air filter needed to be changed. There were several plug ins, which were dried up, appearing an awareness of the smell.Shampoo & Conditioner: there was NONE provided, not even a starter set. Even the cheapest hotels provide shampoo & conditioner. The owner mentioned to keep costs down they wouldn't provide. No paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 2 tablets of dish soap were provided. Lots of added costs for the guest.Hot tub is NOT heated. Most vacation rentals even if you don't pay to heat the pool the hot tub is heated. This was not the case.
