Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Trash & Personal Items: Please remove all garbage and any unwanted personal items, such as food and clothing, and dispose of them in the trash chute located in the hallway trash room.
2. Dishes: Load any dirty dishes and cookware into the dishwasher and start the wash cycle if dishwashing detergent is available.
3. Lights: Turn off all lights before leaving. 4. Thermostat: If the air conditioning is set below 72°F, please adjust it to 72°F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
