It was absolutely beautiful. We will be back! The only downside, for me, was no microwave in the room. I bring my own tea to wake up to and had go keep going down to get hot water. Staff was lovely, the place was lovely and oh so convenient in getting over to Epic World.

The hotel is new, but the cleaning is very poor. The carpets in the common areas and hallways are very dirty, as if they have never been cleaned at all. The room cleaning is also not great, especially in the bathroom.

Took the kids to the Stella Nova Arcade because the wife caught something viral here or at Universal. Spent $107 there to entertain the kids for more than an hour. Besides the swimming pool, there isn’t much at the hotel to do with kids. Anyway, while at the arcade my oldest won a grand prize of a stuffed dragon “Toothless” that is probably worth about $60+. The door to grab the prize never opened, so we could not get the prize. Told the front desk, they said it was run by a third party but took my info. I took some pics of the prize and my kid by the prizea and sent them to the customer service after a couple weeks. Crickets. My kid is really disappointed and they ripped us off out of a nice and epensive prize. But there were some positives: The entryway looks very nice and the rooms appear clean. Food options are pretty limited for people staying upwards of a week. It was nice to have a cafe there to sell coffee, even if it is about $10 for a latte after tax and tip. The food quality and choice are only okay values. There isn’t anywhere to walk to for other food options, so you are pretty much stuck there unless you want to Uber somewhere. Front desk people were very nice. My beef is with the management.

Great spot to stay if you're going to visit Epic universe. You get early access to the park and it has a convenient path to walk to the park. The walls are somewhat thin though. We were able to hear people walking above us.

Clean but average hotel

Friendly hotel staff, but they were unhelpful in receiving a delivery order I had that went missing, so the staff are not trustworthy with personal belongings or food deliveries. The bathroom is small but clean. The big window is cool but fogs up half the day, so you cant even see out of it. Overall I think its worth the convenience if you plan on visiting Epic Universe, but otherwise there are a lot of other hotels in the area that are more worth the price paid.
