Honestly, there were gnats swarming around our room. The water fountains didn’t work so we asked where we could get water and was told that because it was after 10 pm, we would have to order a pitcher of water from room service. Seems like a big ask of guests who are already paying $600 per night. The location is fantastic, but the property left a lot to be desired.

There was a bit of a hiccup at check in when we switched to another person at the desk so we didn’t get all the information we needed to navigate the parking. When we got to the lot, it was a very tight turn for our large truck then we had problems with getting access to let us out. It would have worked if someone had told us what card to use at check in. We loved the easy access to the park and next time we will hopefully know how to get through things easier. All the staff was friendly and helpful, it was an awesome experience.

The Loews Pacific Resort was conveniently located and the staff was helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for well priced luxury hotel.

The receptionist at check in was so wonderful. Maybe his name was Sean? The staff gave the children leis at check in and the lobby is gorgeous. The grounds are gorgeous and it was so fun taking the boat to the parks. The room was just average. Old carpets and a little small for the five of us (3 little kids). I would stay here again for the amenities, location and express lasses. It really was a very well-staffed and smooth check in and out experience. Our housekeeping requests were fulfilled within five minutes. It was greay.

Location is ideal to walk to City Walk and Universal Station Islands of Adventure. If you forget sunscreen don't worry they have it at the pool. Great hotel to stay at when visiting the parks and wanting down time at the pool.
