I love this place! Everyone is nice, handsome and accomodating. I booked it for the in room jacuzzi tub and it is great, the 7 jets feels like heaven and the tub is big enough for a tall person & overweight person, it might even fit two people. Everything was clean 9/10 (found a hair in shower) but that doesn't bother me because I always bring Lysol and wipes to clean everything in a hotel before I use it. there was extra bedding provided for the sofa bed. My child slept on the sofa bed and they were comfortable, and I love that I'm able to access the balcony from my room. You could also access the balcony from the living room where the sleeper sofa is at, so keep that in mind if you have young children, the balcony does not have a screen enclosure, but it does have a wood railing, so if your children are prone to climbing be very careful they can fall. they don't pressure you to do a timeshare presentation either and I asked them why they said because they don't have any timeshares available. The place is always booked.. i'm not interested in timeshares but I absolutely love staying in condos for vacation. The great thing about this place is it is in a prime location in Kissimmee so as soon as you exit the hotel, there's different types of restaurants there's entertainment there's a theme park amusement parks rides arcades, nail salons, and everything else you could find including they have a shuttle that goes to Publix if you want to stuck the refrigerator with grocerie

Room was immaculate. Building was immaculate. Pool was very clean and the surrounding areas was very clean as well. In fact, the only negative for me and my husband was how uncomfortable the bed was. Other than that, the resort was beautiful, the staff was excellent, the activities were awesome, and loved the theme park shuttles provided free of charge. Will definitely stay here again!
