We had a lovely stay at this property over Christmas 2025. We appreciated the Christmas decor while celebrated! We also celebrated our daughter's 12th birthday. The home was clean upon arrival, and we found all the amenities we needed for cooking and laundry. The showers were very nice as well. The pool and spa were great - the spa especially welcome after long theme park days. The communication with the host and property manager was excellent - they were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

This was my first time renting a house and it did not disappoint. The hosts were great communicators. The property was insane, super nice. The pool was immaculate, the hottub was soothing after a long drive and a day at the parks. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will look for this one the next time we come to Orlando.

This is a beautiful property. There is everything as far as kitchen and bedroom. Pictures online are outdated. Pool cage had dead vines and green mold. Beds around cage had all dead leaves etc. kitchen window could not see out of because of mold. Showers need new caulk they had mold. Wine bottles on wine rack had lots of dust. WiFi was terrible. One end table in living room. No where to set drinks. Fridge on patio was shut and off and smelled bad. Door going outside was dirty around door handle. Valance in the kitchen had dust all along the top of it. Water filter light on fridge was yellow. I feel with a little TLC this could easily be fixed. Again it’s a beautiful property and area. We did love that. I will attach the pictures that I took. I’m guessing the owners do not live near by to keep up with these things.

What a fabulous 4 night stay. Loved it so much I went on to see availability for another upcoming trip. The house is cozy, clean, and well equipped!! We loved the heated pool in early mornings and after a long day of activities. Check in and out was super easy and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thank you very much!!!!

Everything you need is here! Perfect ranch style house. Pool toys! Hot tub was nice and hot! Spices in the cupboard! Rain ponchos in the garage! Ceiling fans and TV’s in every room! Best vacation rental house we have ever stayed at!

The house was perfect! Check-in and check-out was super easy. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Myself and my three kids spent a week and went to Universal and Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect. Allow yourself 30-40 min to get to parks. Traffic is not your friend no matter where you stay. Only took about 1 hr 15 min to get to the beach which was awesome. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

One of the Nicest Houses

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Perfect place to stay. Close to Disney, close to Universal, everything you need is close by. Nice quiet community. Pool was Amazing! Hot tub was actually hot! Property owners were amazing. Beds were comfy. Every room has a tv with Roku. Would definitely stay here again!!

First Disney Trip

Wonderful location and plenty of too For our family to rest and relax between park days. Pool was clean, big and we had great weather. The only negative would be no curtains in bedrooms, only blinds so sun came in super early and kids woke up.

Excellent villa with superb Christmas decorations. All the amenities were great, with a great kitchen we used to make meals. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Highlight was the lovely Christmas tree under which Santa kindly left all the presents. The kids (ages 5-18) were delighted. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

Home away from home

From the moment we walked in, we liked this house. The Christmas decorations throughout were a nice touch, the house was super comfortable and everything was well stocked. The heated pool and hot tub were excellent. The house is located near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and not far from Disney Springs. Our only slight critiques were the sound of running water or something outside one of the bedrooms in the early mornings and it would have been nice to have some kind of railing for the pool. Traveling with older adults, it was a little hard for them to get in and out of pool and hot tub. When we come back to Florida, we’ll hope this house is available. We loved it!

Clean house, great stay

We had been previously renting another house for years until the owner of that house sold the property last year so we were unsure what to expect with a new rental. We stayed in the home for four days. House was clean and well stocked. We loved the location of the rental and the ease of coming and going. The only “hiccup” was when we ran the jets in the hot tub the first time; there was an overwhelming smell of chemicals as if they were just poured in but not cycled. We had to exit the pool and hot tub as we were coughing and having trouble breathing when this was happening. I’m glad it only lasted a short amount of time while the chemicals were being distributed. This was unexpected but at least it only occurred once. Other than that the rest of stay was flawless. The owner(s) also respond quickly as we had questions prior to arriving. We had a good stay and I would stay here again.

Another great year at this lovely home!

We cant say enough about this home. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at your home away from home. When you arrive the home is so fresh and clean. It was very hard to leave and we've already locked in our dates for next year. Can't wait!
