The home was very comfortable. The AC worked well, the water pressure and temperature of the showers was good. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and some extras. The pool was great. It was the ideal base for our trip. The bedrooms on the first floor was perfect for those who wanted a bit a separation. Having more than one queen size mattress was ideal. Would book again.

Nice place to stay.

Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Alene was a great host, responded quickly with our questions. the property for the most part was clean. It could use an update on furniture, and a few other items. No issues with the beds. the gated community was a great place for a morning walk.

Lovely time in Solana

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay inSolana. The house had almost everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, with lots of extra linens. Kitchen contained everything we needed including some basic pantry items. The pool was in good condition although it was a bit smaller than we are used to. While there were some available at the club house, we missed having a barbq to use at the house. Grocery stores were close and department stores were within a half hour drive. There were lots of games, books and beach towels, as well as a high chair and playpen. We would recommend this house to couples and families. Alene was easy to communicate with regarding our reservation.

Property neighborhood was excellent. We were close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The house needs some upgrading. The smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived. The host was very helpful with the smoke alarm.

Everything we needed!

We had family members ranging from 1 year old to 69 years old. The house is a great size to give everyone space but has nice common areas. The garage has a pool table and foosball table, which was great for the kids. We opted to pay for the pool to be heated and I’m so glad we did. We visited at the end of December and wouldn’t have used the pool if it wasn’t heated. When we first arrived, the pool heater wasn’t on. We contacted the owner, and Alene was very responsive and resolved the issue. The Disney Parks are more like 40-50 minutes away depending on traffic. The club house area has a nice playground and we played on the free mini golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for large families

We loved the Solana house. It was perfect for our family of 8. It was cleaned, well stocked, and offered lots of entertainment for our kids. There was even a pool table and fuseball table for the kids to use. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the stay

First, I have to say that Alene was super nice and helpful. I appreciated her engagement with me when I had questions. The home was spacious and nice located in a very nice neighborhood. The security at the front gate was exceptionally helpful as well as the employees at the guest house. The furnishings were a bit dated, but served its purpose. Its location is about 40 minutes from Disney not on the highway. Overall most of the major stores were about 10mins to 20 mins away driving.

Home away from home

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very family friendly with the high chair for my grandson and we were very happy with the fenced off swimming pool as it gave us peace of mind that he could not get out and fall in the pool. There was everything there that we needed (although an electric kettle would be good for making a cup of tea) but it did have a stove kettle. The villa was in a nice area with supermarkets near by and not too far to Disney. I would definitely recommend it for any family.

Great Memorial Day getaway!

Came down with family for the Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time enjoying the pool, and the comfortable beds!! Check-in was easy and there was tons of restaurants and stores nearby. The parks were a short drive away. No complaints here, we hated to leave.

Second great year at this property.

This is the second year in a row that we've spent the month of March here. There have been many improvements since last time, with more to come. The owner is more than a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property. We tried to reserve for next year but our dates weren't available. I suggest that you book quickly. It's a hidden gem!!!

Beautiful Property

The house exceeded our expectations. There was 10 people in our party, and the house met all of our needs. The kids loved the pool at the house and the community pool as well.
