Great place

Host was very responsive! Appreciated that as this was our first time using this type of property/ Vrbo. Enough appliances/ starting products for the length of stay. Wish the property was cleaner (dust, floors) especially with a toddler crawling around the floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got inside the Unit I immediately undertook an inspection and was dismayed 1) the floors were filthy, you could tell that the cleaning crew did not sweep before they mopped so the floor felt murky 2) dead bugs and dirty in the rail for the sliding door 3) soiled and torn sofa 4) dirty surfaces 5) filthy rugs 6) old food under the dishwasher 7) dirt on the walls next to the garbage bin and the icing on the cake 7) filthy and soiled towels and bloodied and soiled sheets in the room with the bunk beds!!! I was horrified at this discovery as my children actually discovered it when they went to lie in the beds!!! It took 3 days for Casiola to resolve my claim, when they finally did I was given a partial refund and money withheld for two-night stay (which never happened because I left immediately and they knew it) and a departure cleaning fee which was the most ironic of all! Imagine charging me a cleaning fee when you did not even clean the Unit for me! When I queried it I was told by the same manner who acknowledged that the Unit was not only dirty but there were significant signs of wear and tear (clearly they did an inspection) that my money was being withheld because they could have rectified the issues by sending out a cleaning crew! That statement in itself was laughable because believe me when I say that dirt could NOT be cleaned and I am still trying to ascertain how they could rectify wear and tear during my stay? Would they have replaced the furniture whilst I was occupying the Unit? Avoid this booking at ALL COST! Had this platform given information on the Host when I was browsing the booking for this Host all it says is Premier Host a simply search engine search would have told me ALL I needed to know and I would have ran faster than lighting away from this booking. This Company has all 1 star reviews on other review websites, the chief complaints filthy properties and bad customer service. Also this platform will not help you with claims against host

Reviewer Comments: Unit was spacious and fairly clean and has a lot of natural light coming in to the condo. AC turned off at night and it got hot- never goes below 75. Great view of the lake. Storey Lake has wonderful amenities and pool area wasn't crowded this time of year. Close to shopping and restaurants. Word of advice: Please do not leave any personal belongings as you definitely will not get them back. Customer service could be improved.

A stay without AC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the AC had frozen and drained water all over the tiled floor. We found this out by slipping and falling on the hallway. I then had to put a bowl under the unit to collect water and mopped up the rest of the floor. The mop turned brown from the dirt on the floor. :( It took the company 48 hours to get a new part. However, the unit still was gurgling and not cooling. They had to come again and then it finally 5 days later cooled to 75 degrees. But, it couldn't handle anything cooler than 74. This was frustrating since my husband sweats like crazy over 71 degrees. The location was great for our daily trips to Disney!

Nice & Clean!

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to provide your own measuring cups/spoons. Our family also had a fun time at the resort water slides and pool.

Yo avise unas horas después que deje el departamento, pero hasta hoy nadie se comunicó conmigo, pero bueno así serå, pero debo admitir que el departamento tiene de todo y el lugar es hermoso. Si volvería a ir y recoger mi survenir jajaja
