The propeety has easy parking, some staff was friendly while others were very sarcastic also when hospitality desk called to invite us to a so call tour of the hotel it being our first time there they also wanted us to thw opportunity to become owners mind tou all this supposedly they only wanted 90mins of our time but they took almost 6hrs of our time and wasted a half day of my vacation , our representative Camilla was so aggressively with us threatening us that if we didnt purchase as oqbers we would never be able to stay at Westgate evwr again later we come to find out its a script thwy use to put the guests underpressure so they can purchase and xome back as owners which i found that so unprofessional of her on rop of all that when i originally booked my reservation pnline i was ask to select a room which i did and qelhem check-in time came along n we git our room it was completely different then what i ead expecting basr on what i had selected, my room experience wad horrible for three adults no space to eslk or put our clothes swsy no privacy whats so ever it eas a nightmare to where we didnt and just didnt hv the attitude to experience the resort at all but frive out of resort to grab food n come back to sleep.

Overall nice place, Villa room was clean, but it was small. I did not see anywhere in the description of the property, that we would have to pay to go to the splash pad. That was why I chose this hotel, for the splash pad. We never went to any of the pools. Had to wait in long line to check in.

Their studio is adjacent to a bigger size unit (1 or 2 bedroom). So it's very convenient when you are on the big unit and need extra space, that can be fully independent with bathroom and sink. However if you only rent the studio, the space is extremely small, the 2 beds are not queen size, so not suitable for 2 adults in 1 bed. There is no curtains on the window, only black out; no privacy. This should not be rented as stand alone rooms.
