We have stayed in other Windsor Hills rooms in the past with no issues. I would recommend picking a different one. Upon arriving at the room, the breaker box door was open. We then discovered the refrigerator was not running, so we flipped the breaker for the refrigerator back on. We called and put in a ticket, but in the meantime, all the groceries we bought before arriving at the unit spoiled and had to be thrown away. The refrigerator never did cool down, so they brought in an additional smaller refrigerator and said they would follow up with us, which never happened. There was no hot water in the master bathroom sink, only a trickle of . The paper seals that go over the toilet seats to signify theyâve been cleaned were all torn and pushed to the back as if theyâd been used. There was water remaining in the bottom of the shower of the other bathroom.
