Floor was dirty and had something brown spilt under the desk area and drop of something red in the bathroom. Kitchenette was not stocked with any dishes or silverware.

This hotel was very nasty I would not recommend this to anyone.

The towels in the room had holes in them hair from other people on the towel towels.

The draw were spoons and forks supposed to be look like this

My keys didn’t work and I returned to the front desk. There was no one there and I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for somebody to return and help me with my keys.

Staff- got kicked out of hotel due to peeing on a car in parking lot, it was not me, and when I asked to see the footage I was denied and staff threatened to call the cops. I had to urgently find a new place to stay. I want my last night stay refunded. I had been staying there for over two months without issue for work.

I found cockroaches in the bathroom. The room next door had the TV blasting all night, the AC was noisy, and they threw away my phone charger.

The elevator did not work and the stair way was really dirty with unknown liquids on them and we could’ve slipped

I booked a night at this place just because the AC in my house broke and it was too hot inside my house for me to sleeo in it. When I get to the room turns out that the AC in the room wasn't working properly. And it was covered in black mold. It was pretty bad and the smell in the room was moldy. The TV didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and it felt a bit wierd. There was a lamp that was broken and very rusty. The lamp had a USB in which I planned on using to charge my phone but it was broken. I was sweating during the night but I already paid for the room and it was too late to request a room change because I arrived almost at 10pm. This was an emergency stay and it wasn't pleasant for me. I didn't really bother to call anyone or complain because there would've been anyone around.
