The hotel was great for our short stay. It’s just minutes from attractions and restaurants. It’s no frills, but very clean and quiet. No bugs! Bathroom was clean. The staff was very nice and informative. There is a pool, but we were too busy to check it out. My only complaint- the pillows. Bring your own pillow! Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend staying here. We would book this hotel again the future.

Staff and hotel in general, were excellent. The food we had was really great too. It's ideally located for International Drive IRide transport and getting to all the Universal parks. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and keep my bags there after I checked out as I had a late flight and needed a place while I was at the Universal parks. The window shade would not go up or down but the dark shade worked fine. The facility was remodeled and felt updated and had everything I needed. The coffee was subpar in both the room and the complimentary coffee in the lounge area. Overall great hotel for a good price!

There was the remnants of what looked like a dog chew bone in the room. Stepped on it our first night. Also the AC is on a sensor. It turned off on us twice at night. We woke up sweating a couple times. The property itself is nice, needs some attention with operations. At check out the FD lady was having a personal conversation and after 7-8 mins I just stepped in with a excuse I'd like to check out can you finish your conversation after... Kind of ridiculous that you need to do that.
