Inside the condominium:

- "Publix" Supermarket - 5 min by car
- Gas Station - 5 min by car
- Pharmacy - 5 min by car
Other things to note
Just a reminder of some important HOUSE RULES so that you and your family do not fall into extra surcharges, these surcharges will go towards a specialized cleaning to keep the house in the best possible condition.

• Smoking is prohibited inside, in that case, use the garden with the door of the house closed, we try to avoid the smell of cigarettes on the furniture. Please be careful where the cigarette ashes end up. There will be an extra charge of $350 in case of smoking inside the house.

• Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay. There will be an additional charge of $40 per night / guest.

• Do not move heavy furniture, there will be an extra charge of $100.

• Do not leave doors or windows open, AC is already on and programmed.

• Avoid meals in the room as much as possible, food can stain the furniture and this will result in a special cleaning and an extra charge of $50 per stain if the area is large, then it should be $300.

• NO PETS OR LARGE/WATER VEHICLES, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION – There will be surcharges of $400.

• NO DRUGS OR ILLICIT SUBSTANCES ALLOWED – There will be a penalty of $500.

SPECIAL CASES:

• Check out after 10am without notice will have an additional surcharge of $100.
• If check out is after 12pm and there is no guest waiting to check in, the full day will be charged according to AirBnB calendar prices, you will be able to stay with your family and check out the next day at 10 am.
• If there are guests waiting to check in, there will be an extra charge for the day but they must check out mandatory at 12:00 pm.


TIPS:

• To keep your belongings and facilities safe, please lock the doors with your key each time you leave the house.

• Do not close the doors too strong.

• Avoid sitting on sofas in wet bathing suits.
