Pros outweigh the cons, however âŠ
Pros - Charming, spacious ,spotlessly clean rooms in a converted 18th century building steps from the cathedral on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the historic old town. We had two adjoining rooms with a shared kitchen that we didnât use, as they had a breakfast room with a sumptuous spread downstairs.
Cons: Despite ten minutes on the phone with a rep, they couldnât get us connected by text or email to their wireless, keyless entry system. The rep had to let us in remotely and get us set up with back-up physical keys. (There is no front desk.) We were on the fourth floor with no elevator, and the closest you can get to the front door in a car is a hundred yards or so - but there is safe spotless indoor parking next to the cathedral around the corner.
If the check-in had been smoother it would have been four stars. Certainly a great value, in any case.
