Chalet l’Escalet - A 30 min Alpes d'huez
In the commune of Ornon, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 105 m² house with mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 500 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
Basement:
- A garage and a laundry room with washing machine
Outside:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 500 m² garden, not enclosed
The house is ideally located in Ornon, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Cycling, hiking directly from the chalet
- Skiing and winter sports at Alpe d'huez (30 min)
- Small family resort on the Col d'Ornon 5 min drive above the chalet: some downhill runs and snowshoe/cross-country skiing routes.
