die mietsache ist eine wohnung im 1. obergeschoss, schlicht gehalten. nicht wie beschrieben (House with garden) Die Betten sind für Erwachsene nicht wirklich geeignet. Billige Matratzen. 1 davon sogar nur ein Schlafsofa. nur 2 Sonnenliegen auf Sonnenterrasse vorhanden. Die Umgebung und der Strand sind super, die Sonnenaufgänge unbezahlbar

Great location, very nice owner

Location of the house is excellent, just a few steps to the beach. Possibility of staying on the terrace just above the beach is very helpful, you have shadow for the whole afternoon. The owner Mrs. Giannella is super nice and helpful with everything concerning the apartment, recommendations of restaurants etc.

Ganz lieben Dank an Giannella. Du warst eine super Gastgeberin und extrem hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Und falls ja, war Gianella da und hat alles in die Wege geleitet und es erledigt oder erledigen lassen. Was ich unbedingt noch erwähnen möchte, ist der geniale Grillbereich, den wir dann auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Es wäre wichtig, dass hier unbedingt Bilder des Grillbereichs auf der Homepage zu sehen sind. Das wäre für eine Vermietung sicher nochmals ein grosser Pluspunkt. Ganz liebe Grüsse und wer weiss, vielleicht auf ein nächstes mal. Christian

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub direkt am Meer!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Giannellas Ferienhaus in Cala Liberotto. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt am Strand, man fällt praktisch vom Garten in den Sand! Das Haus ist sehr modern, großzügig geschnitten und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Einrichtung stilvoll und durchdacht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine – alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Besonders hervorzuheben ist der viele Platz, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Perfekt für Familien oder Freunde, die gemeinsam reisen und trotzdem Raum für sich haben möchten.Auch der Kontakt zu Giannella war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert – sie war erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und eine direkte Strandlage suchen!

La maison est idéalement placée, en bordure d'une petite plage de sable La propriétaire est disponible et communique agréablement L'équipement est complet A proximité d'Oresei (20 min) de supermarchés (5 min), de cala gonone (45 min) Que du bonheur !!

Toller Ort

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man wohnt am Strand, es weht immer eine kleine Brise. Die ist groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr gut.Es waren jedoch keine Vorkehrungen gegen Moskitos getroffen worden, wir wurden in der ersten Nacht komplett zugestochen. Es gab keine Netze vor den Fenstern. Wir haben uns dann Stecker für die Steckdosen gekauft. Es gab keine Fahrräder wie in der Inserierung stand, nach Nachfrage hätten wir welche leihen können. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, der Monteur war vor Ort, das Problem konnte nicht gelöst werden und uns wurde gesagt sie wäre funktionstüchtig. Der Strand war wunderschön hatte aber leider einen starken algenbefall, man konnte schön aufs Meer schauen oder mit dem Boot fahren. Die umliegenden Buchten sind ein Traum. Beim Herd funktionierten nur zwei Kochfelder, der Monteur konnte da nichts beheben. Wenn man das Moskitoproblem von Anfang an mit Steckdosen löst ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage toll.

Wonderful place

This house is perfectly located at a beautiful little bay ideal for snorkeling and swimming also for younger kids as the water is shallow. It is not crowded. The view from the appartment are great and there is also a breeze from the sea. The perfect place to eat is on the balcony. No reason to go somewhere else. Giannella is very friendly and welcoming. Our car had broken and she helped us with the garage. Thank you again!

Ci ritornerò di certo!

Ho trovato ciò che cercavo e sognavo da molto, un luogo incantevole dove pare che il tempo si fermi e ti sia permesso rilassarti e vivere pienamente ed intensamente il mare dalle prime luci dell’alba alla notte piena di stelle. La casa è bellissima e non manca niente. La proprietaria fantastica, molto ospitale e disponibile. Non vorrei eccedere nei complimenti e creare così una lunga fila di possibili competitor per le prenotazioni del prossimo anno!
