The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the beds unmade so we know they need to be changed.
We ask the night before to wash and dry towels used. You can still use towels on the day of checkout but excess laundry fees by our cleaner is related to having more than one batch of towels.
Leave the AC on 74, or in the cooler months, the heat to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 24.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.

We really enjoyed our stay

The condo is newer and very nice. We appreciated all that Kim had available inside the condo. The bedrooms and main area were all clean and spacious enough for 8 of us. We enjoyed the balcony, pool area, grill in the common area, and workout room. We would happily return to this complex again!
