The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the amenities were great (the kids loved the bowling alley!) [Alas, since we visited off-season & mid-week, the indoor water park was closed. ] (We went off-resort for donut breakfast, but the on-location breakfast looked tasty but $$$)

Everything was great from check in to the room itself. The closeness of the restaurants from the rooms were great. My only complaint of the whole thing, water wasn't quite hot enough for a shower. You'd turn the knob all the way to the hot side, and it's lukewarm at best.

Impromptu Birthday Getaway

My girlfriend and I visited on an impromptu getaway and it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the lake view every morning from my bed was amazing. The staff was welcoming and made sure we were cared for. Thanks Mike-who during check-in was so informative and Shawn at License to Chill- ran the place alone with excellence!

For the most part it was okay. The bed was comfortable. The room looked clean for the most part. But the bathroom smelled like a urinal or septic something or other. For the price paid thought it would be nicer. Very dated

The staff was very friendly. I would suggest looking up all the things the resort offers prior to your arrival - there are so many things to do and just not enough time in one weekend (unless you are young) very relaxing and non-stressful time! Much needed!
