Clean, excellent space but terrible check in

Excellent, new and clean hotel. The check in system seems like a good idea but is very slow compared to other hotels where check in takes only a few minutes. It took at least 10 to get checked in even with the staff trying to assist.

The building automatically being on heat mode the entire time having me wake up in a sweat everyday was a problem. Also my room was never vleaned even if I left the room before 10am but they just left new towels outside of my door.

The amenities were fine, but the room was a little smaller than I expected. The chair for the desk was kind of hard to get into since it touched the bed when you tried to get in.

Nice APA hotel in Shin-Osaka

This chain hotel in Shin-Osaka is an excellent choice for travelers. It’s conveniently located right next to the Shinkansen station, making it ideal for transit and exploring the city. The room was a good size and followed the typical efficient layout you’d expect from APA hotels—compact but comfortable. One of the highlights was the public spa, which offered a relaxing experience after a day of travel. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—very convenient and delicious. They served a great mix of typical Japanese dishes like ramen, alongside Western options such as croissants and sandwich bread. Overall, a very solid stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a taste of both Japanese and Western hospitality.

I like the set up of the room, these rooms are very small so if you have a lot, or in my case a bicycle, it can be challenging. I love though that I was able to take my bike with me hassle free. (Most hotels wont allow this in japan) the staff were extremely helpful! And this is consistent with all my APA hotel exspirences.
