Location is a bit far from the station but in a great area. Many konbinis around, we were able to ship our luggage to next hotel. Rooms are roomy enough for 5, there is a bed room that had room dividers that can be slid open or shut. Check-in process is a bit cumbersome but not hard if followed the instructions correctly. Vending machines right in the lobby and has an elevator. Would definitely book again.
This location was nice! There was a family mart and 7-11 pretty close to the condominium. With the convenience stores so close, it was really convenient (lol) to get a late night snack. The condominium was also close to umeda station and Osaka station. Regarding the actual room itself, I had 4 people in my party (including me) and the room had plenty space and a nice kitchen. The bathroom was really nice and the bath was really nice after a long day of walking around. Overall i recommend this to any family who wants a good place to stay in osaka!
It is conveniently located, close to the station(s), shops, etc. Sleeps 4 nicely, kitchen functional, laundry top load and dryer in the shower works for small batches well.
Pretty modern neighborhood, not shabby at all. If in Osaka, would stay again.

The main bed and pillows were very hard which meant waking up with some aches, but overall a great stay.
Would stay here again, but will remember own pillow!

Had a good stay with family, shops are nearby and very convenient for transportation.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. We had everything we needed. The room was spacious. It is clean and well cared for. The check in process was very easy. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see. It was a great experience overall. Thank you!

Conveniently located next to two convenient stores (just downstairs) . Also, I felt quite close to umeda station (about 10 mins walk or less if without luggage)
Nice condominium. Although there are no services that are provided in hotels, amenities are available. Clean place and comfy beds. Room can be configured for privacy.
This place makes you feel at home. Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping mall and train station.
