지난 번 오사카 처음 여행 때 위치가 너무 좋고, 대욕장 시설이 인상적이어서 이번 두번째 여행에서도 숙박했는데 룸 화장실에서 냄새가 많이 났어요. 그 점만 빼면 역시나 좋은 경험이었고, 스태프분들도 친절하시고 가성비 좋은 호텔이라고 생각됩니다.

Room was very clean. Enough space to put our luggage and still have movement space. A non slip mat in the tub and a fan would be great. Location was perfect. Within walking distance to Dotonbori and train stations.

The low rating is all about the room. The room was small. The room had too much furniture in it making the useable space even smaller. The two beds were pressed together with one of the beds pressed up against a wall making it difficult for one person to get in or out of bed. The bathroom was like something you would find on a cruise ship only smaller.

Hotel was located very close to restaurants and Dotonbori area. The Onsen was great, had 2 soaking pools, cold plunge & sauna which was needed after busy day of touring. Breakfast buffet had many choices and was very good! Would stay at Candeo Hotel again, great hotel!

This hotel is okay. The restaurant options were great! The food was amazing. Lots of options and very tasty. The hotel needs some updates as there are stains on the carpet and furniture. There was alit of dust on the vents throughout and the smell of must when we entered the room. Overall it was okay.

We loved this room, so close to all the shopping and dining. Our room was clean, modern and pretty spacious. Friendly staff and a really good breakfast buffet!

We chose the hotel since it’s close to Dotomburi and walkable distance to Shinsaibashi. It says it’s in Namba but it’s more than 20mins walk to Namba Parks area and station. Overall we are happy with their service and cleanliness. However, the laundry self service costs rather expensive, the cost is calculated per 10 mins. In order to tumble dry a full load it needs at least 60 mins plus. At hotel, we pay a flat rate to tumble dry. This is the only downside

Hotel location is very central to things with an AEON supermarket just a block away.and a 7/11 a couple of shops away and nipponbashi station is only 7 mins walk.
