Hotel location was very close to the station (about 6min walk) Staff were extremely helpful and hotel offered luggage transport service which made it easy for us to move around Japan. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with coin laundry inside the hotel. Overall great stay and would comeback again.

The location of the hotel was close to the food market, where varieties of food was really good. Safe neighborhood to walk around. Shopping was convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful, polite and resourceful. I would definitely go back again!

Our room was on level 2 and very noisy. The hotel is on a busy road so noise from that, from the room above (stomping noise in the middle of the night) and what I assume was a train noise. Made it hard to sleep.

Room set up was very good. We had difficulty with the Yamato Transport QR code. However front desk staff was very helpful in completing a manual form to avoid our luggage going to the wrong location. Front desk also helped with train schedule to our next destination and making restaurant reservation. Their service was professional and helpful.

Value for money is amazing. Room has lots of space for Japan standards and spotless. Entire hotel felt clean and super organized. Staff were helpful and friendly. On site laundry room with coin operated machines was great to have. Hotel is still close to the action of Dotonbori but far enough for a quiet nights sleep. Will absolutely stay again.

Our favourite stay in Japan. Fun little hotel with all the right amenities for young families. Our daughter loved the play room and we enjoyed the gym and having washing facilities. Microwave in the room was also a bonus for easy meals. Great location to explore Osaka
